My phone conversation with Lizzy was pleasant and professional. I really appreciate her accommodating me so quickly with a same day appointment to fix my braids problem from another salon. Ricky welcomed me when I arrived and took care of me right away. I left happy and smiling with my unraveled braids all fixed. Would use them again! Coleatha

I absolutely love my braids, she did an AMAZING job! Fast, friendly, great atmosphere, I was very comfortable the whole time. Clean salon, great people, and affordable prices!!! I will be coming back again and again!

Made 3 different appointments here within this year, the latest one being in October. The lady never shows up on time and blames traffic since she lives in orange County! I live only down the street from her shop, but how is that an excuse? You're a business owner and accepted my appointment time. I wait well over 2 hours after start of appointment every time this last time it's been 3hrs the lady never showed up, i called her, and she sent me to voice mail, then when she did answer gotnupset with me asking why am I bugging her well my appointment was at 9am its 11am wtf going on????? I used boosky to book my last appointment with her she told them I was a no show, so she messed up my review standing with them like, wtf? You have a lot of nerve. I will no longer be supporting this shop.

Have been here now twice with my daughter (6 years old) and I can honestly say they are patient and we are happy with how her hair comes out. She loves it!

Elizabeth & Charmaine are very nice and do nice tight braids. I have been there twice and have been very pleased with braids.

Rude and unprofessional. I came in looking for a specific type of hair and i originally ordered on Amazon because i couldn't find it anywhere since it wasn't delivered on time i decided to stop here. I showed the lady a picture and she said i can get it for you but i won't sell it to you at Amazon price, i work with high quality hair, mind you i never said i was on a budget. She assumed i couldn't afford it smh she continues saying that she won't tell me the price because i won't buy it, seriously wtf?? Never coming back here
