Beware!!!! I did my taxes for free online and got $1300. I told them I got $1300 and didn't turn it in before I was sure I could get more elsewhere. They did their "calculations" and said they could get $1600. So I went with them. I was d*** I looked at the papers but I trusted them when they said $1600. Months come by and I get 1200 and I'm waiting for the rest. I decide to call and they said that 1200 was the right amount I was suppose to get. They denied giving me an inflated number. I couldn't find a number to complain to and get my money back. Long story short: they lied to me to get me to pay $145 to get a much smaller return then offered.

This is the place to get your taxes done! Ken is the man to do your taxes he explains to you in detail and his assistant is very nice as soon as you go in she offers you water, popcorn etc.. Ken gives you advice on the right thing to do so don't even think about it twice and go to him you won't regret it!!

I came here for tax return about 3 years ago. Everything was okay so I decided to come back and see if how much itll cost if they do my ammendment since I didnt include my school form for my tax. I came in asked how much itll cost, I know it's my mistake for not confirming again, since his answered was let me see how all this will go and I'll let you know the price. I didnt know he will enter all my information and start the process of amended before he told me the price is $120. And now it's been over a month and IRS didnt receive my form, called twice, he doesnt even do anything! He asked me to call IRS he asked me to come by on Tuesday to get another form that I NEED TO MAIL OUT on MY OWN. Beware of this guy. I'm never coming back to this guy again. The lady that's helped me back then was way better, she actually try to help when I asked for my returns, she follow up. This guy no.

I was not happy with their service. They offer to give you $50 but they rank up the fees even higher and don't recommend family bcuz the $50 they give you, they take from them. Not an honest place. They give people whatever price they feel like, no standard fees.

Been coming here for about 6 years. Never had one problem. Ken is the best tax guy I've ever had. My wife likes the way he takes time to explain things. I don't give reviews often but I really have to give credit when it's deserved.
