I spent almost $900 on prescription Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses. The associates opened, and threw away the box to my brand new glasses. If I paid almost 1k for glasses, I expect everything that comes with my purchase. DONT THROW AWAY THINGS THAT DONT BELONG TO YOU.

Very pleased with my experience! I went to get an eye exam and new glasses at this location and I am very happy I did. I was quickly greeted my the store manager, Crystal, who helped me right away and provided excellent customer service. Then, Rolando was also very attentive and helped me with selecting my frames. Although a bit pricey, my insurance (eyemed) provided a great deal. I received my prescribed glasses the same day.

Elza, from the West Covina Lens Crafter was so patient. I had issues with my afterpay and she stayed overtime trying to help me figure this out. She was so sweet and honestly provided the best Customer Service. She needs to get a raise or a promotion. She is dedicated to her work and customers. This was by far one of the best experiences and we will definitely come back for more glasses when we are due again. Thank you, Elza.

I came here due to nice experience of LensCraft Montebello and it’s near my house. However, it takes nearly a week to finalize the contact lens. The doctor just asked me questions for pleasantries not really to find out the habits and activities that I use the lens for. Montebello’s doctor listened and suggested me the best one for my activities, I didn’t realize how good it was until coming to this place. Also, all the time I spent at Montebello was just 1 day.And the most annoying thing is that they keep asking if I need new glasses after stated clearly that I just need contact lens, not under 3 times. First and last time here.

I called in regards to my broken glasses getting fixed since I couldn’t get ann appointment with my optometrist after 5 days. Steve helped me out as soon as I walked in to assess broken frames and use my emergency frames. Within less than an hour they were able to get my replacement frames ready and I can finally see! Really thankful for the help I received today

Crystal was more than professional and willing to work with me. Even though the store was about to close. Crystal also gave me the break down of an insurance purchase and non-insurance purchase. Only downside I had was that the advertised discounts online and in-store were not applicable to my purchase due to an insurance. I also ask if the store has a first responer or military discount it did not.
