I can't take it anymore! To see such a low rating when the labcorp here is very fast and efficient. I have been here 3 times in the last 8 -10 weeks or so. The first time I had an appointment and I was in and out like in 10 minutes. The other times I was a walk in. Today, I was a walk in and there was a long line. I probably waited like 20 minutes. The staff is kind and efficient from the first contact outside of the building until the very end. The people drawing the blood are great and have never had trouble with my veins. With or with out an appointment they are really fast.

The main entrance is the door facing street, and the wait was walk in. There was no line, but it's weird how you have to be taken in by a labcorp nurse to the waiting room. There is a nurse asking for your insurance card and ID. So after the nurse enters your info to their database, another nurse will come get you take you to the side door for blood drawn.

Really quick visit. Didn't have an appointment. Arrived an hour after opening. They didn't take my out of state insurance, but gave me the out of price cost, which was about $100 for two tests. Receptionist was friendly and explained everything in detail. The lady who took my blood was also super nice and was very gentle with the needle. Location was a bit harder to find - it's the beige building with big blue windows. Overall, a very positive experience!

Less than 1 star. This location is now closed. Then I went to next closest in Covina where I waited an hour and a half on line outside. Super small office. Hot tip MAKE AN APPT.

Super nice staff, extremely fast and helpful. Make an appointment online ahead of time and you would only have to wait 5-10mins. Walk ins and you may have to wait 30 or more mins. Highly recommend this place!

In and out. I didn't have any issues with a long wait time like other reviews. I had an appointment, checked in at the express kiosk, sat down for a few min, gave the receptionist my lab order and got called in a few minutes later. Phlebotomist was professional and quick. My drive home took longer than being there.

I am sitting in this waiting room filled with 5+ more people than it should have. A shitty front desk white bald man. He seems to be agitated or something. He has no respect, cuts people off (especially ones that have language barrier, if you know what I mean). I have been here at this location 1 too many times. But this time had yet to be the worst. I've been here at 10:40 and the clock is 11:15 now, he told a lady there is 10-12 people in front but there is not even 10-12 people ahead of this lady. Some people came in after her. Pretty lame if you ask me! Guy behind the desk, I don't like you!

Sara, my Phelbotomist, made my blood test experience so easy and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable in her tasks. Moreover, Sara treated me, an elderly, with respect and dignity. Sara is indeed a valuable asset to the LabCorp organization.

We aren't from here and drive an hour to have my blood drawn on day three of my cycle. Confirmed the close time is 4:30 (picture shown) to find our that is incorrect. Just like every other in this area. We literally have to wait an entire month to take this test again. This company is getting worse and worse. I'm done with this place.

HORRIBLE location the staff are so rude front desk people. They never text or call you when it is time for you to go up and be seen. Then they LIE and make a big deal when told the appointment system is a joke here they do NOT care if you have an appointment or not they will make you wait hours here!Get better workers if you are not happy with your profession find another job!The older woman phlebotomist is so rough taking blood out very painful!

Horribly understaffed. They have extremely long waits. The appointments on line are so limited its difficult to find a spots. Its like going to the DMV but with needles.. Most of the phlibotomists are friendly and gentle once you get in.

Came in as a walk in was told 40-60 minutes. 80 minutes go by and still nothing asked how much longer 30 minutes. Receptionist kept telling everyone 1 hour wait even tho she knew how busy they were

Scheduling an early appointment is difficult so I've arrived early twice without one. The staff does seem a bit stressed and rushed but always courteous and helpful. They re also very efficient. The lab techs are skilled and never any bruising or discomfort. Really appreciate them all and the fact that it opens at 6:30 AM.
