Came into this store on Feb 24, 2024. Renee and her assistant Rosa are very lovely ladies. Very polite and helpful. 2nd time here and both visits have been wonderful experiences. Thank the staff at Kay jewelers. Shout out to these ladies.

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I walked in but Renie asked to help me and made me feel comfortable. I had an item in mind but wasn’t sure how to purchase a customized item, Renie walked me through the process step by step and was very kind and patient with me. I definitely recommend Kay Jewelers in West Covina at the Plaza, ask for Renie if you want excellent customer service!

This location is the best. The store manager and team are always so helpful even when super busy they always try their best to go above and beyond for everyone no matter if you are new or returning customers.

This specific store makes me not want to be a customer of any kay jewelers location. I set an appointment online, i come in store to not be greeted and just looked at. They had no idea someone set an appointment. After leaving I waited 3 weeks for them to get back to me, they never did. Renee and Kerry are either judgmental, lazy or just unorganized, I called to find out that there was no record of my information or request (The girl on the phone sounded annoyed like if they have done this before). I gave them my info 3 different times and specifically said to text or email because of my busy schedule and still no response or update. I highly dont recommend going to this branch, as i think they're either judgmental or lazy with poor customer service skills. How hard is it to give me a quote on price and sizes.

The staff at Kay’s West Covina has always provided nothing but wonderful customer service to me and my husband. Rosa especially helped us make our Anniversary very special by making sure our repair was done on time. She went above and beyond to help us. We are definitely returning to this location for future jewelry pieces. ?

Sophie was sweet and patient while showing me 30 different eating sets because I couldn’t decide. I also brought in a necklace from hell, that I bought previously and Rosa spent 30 minutes un-knotting probably 20 different knots. And finally thanks to Carrie for hooking me up with $200 in free wine vouchers. Cheers Ladies!

We had the best experience of our lives with Rosa and Renee. When I married my Wife a little over a year ago we got the smallest biggest looking ring I could afford at the time preparing for our son to come into the world. I’ve always felt guilty because I knew she deserved more. Their outstanding customer service coupled with the actual care and heart they put in our situation was emotional to say the least. Together we got my Wife what she’s deserved this whole time and she couldn’t be happier. Best of all our Son was with us this time his Mom picked out her ring.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Rosa and Renee. You made her dreams come true!

This place is the worst place to go shopping in especially when buying wedding rings we had to postpone our wedding day because I will rings worn ready at the exact time friend that we needed him to be. The rings and the bee in defaulted in and we had a change of date and pay extra fees for wedding reception. Employees there that did nothing to make this right besides apologizing. We were so disappointed and we had to cancel all of our places of our wedding. Employees don’t care and management doesn’t care neither. Don’t Buy From This Company they give false information and they don’t care. Make sure to read everything you buy and understand they are very tricky and if you don’t pay on time on the 12 months to 18 months promotion, they were increase your amount double the amount. DONT BUY STAY AWAY GO DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Nancy, Rene and Yolanda were excellent to work with.Even went as far as personally picking up a piece of jewelry from another store because I needed it expedited.
