The medical care is ok, costumer service is good, my only complaint, is I have arteritis that has went from my left knee to my right knee..I walk with a cane, have trouble standing for lengths of time..I truly believe I should qualify for ssi...and for what ever reason, kaiser permanente..will not help me file my case with social security..JHERNANDEZ

This pharmacy might as well be a COVID-19 hot spot: no drive-thru, no same day delivery (takes 5 to 10 days), no curve side pick-up, try calling the pharmacy to see if they can bring the meds out...nope you'll be hearing a 1000 nonsense options. So what do you do if you have COVID and need your meds asap and you don't have anyone who can pick them up for you because everybody is sick? Well you get in line with/like everybody else... you do your best to prevent the spread but it's places like this that can't adjust to prevent and stop covid. The KP west covina pharmacy is deficient go here if you don't want to get COVID

This used to be my favorite Kaiser Pharmacy since we live right here in WC & most of the pharm techs were very helpful, professional & courtesy. All that are out the window now, some of the pharm techs now are quite rude & unprofessional especially that older Hispanic lady. She was already rude to several patients ahead of me! I now make the drive to the Diamond Bar Kaiser Pharmacy, extremely professional & very courteous every visits so far going on 20+ visits now!

On Monday morning after NEw Years day, I headed to Kaiser in West Covina to get my medicine. Only Because going to Kaiser in Baldwin Park was out of the question. Kaiser in BP was full of traffic since everyone was trying to get in line for a covid test. So I was very happy to go in to there Pharmacy and order my medicine and waited 10 mins to get it.

I literally drive over 40 minutes every month just to go to this pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy that has never given me an issue or has never judged me for the meds I have to take. Everyone here is absolutely amazing. Lorena Soto you are an angel. You always make me feel important and not just another number in line. You take the time to check on me everytime I come in and make sure if there's an issue it's always handled with the best outcome possible as does almost everyone at this pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to get my prescriptions done in a timely manner I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to get them. Thank you so much to the staff here at Moreno valley for taking such good care of myself and my family. Every pharmacy should take a page out of their book they are definitely the best!! I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

Irma from pharmacy dropped my call and I tried calling several more times to no avail! I kept getting forwarded to refill line which is not the reason for my call. It’s really frustrating not being able to get thru to speak to anyone!

Just walked in to check in to my appointment only to find out that my doctor called in sick. I waited for this appointment for a week and a half and I missed work for literally for nothing. A courtesy call to advise me of this would have been great. Also, the whole place smells like a** and as I was walking into the restroom, there laid a roach to greet me. This place keeps getting worse by the day.

I love Kaiser Permanente. Excellent patient care, excellent doctors, nurses, pharmacists & other personnel. I am very happy with my Kaiser medical coverage. Highly recommended.
