My wife and I shipped five boxes to the Philippines from this store. The staff was super friendly, super helpful, so professional, and even helped us with directions in the local area to a nice place to eat. We came in one day to get boxes then returned two days later and they remember my wife and daughter and even helped us save some money with how we were shipping our boxes. Thank you! We would use them again.

LBC West Covina, should correct their hours of operation!! The sign says open until 6pm, but it's not even 6 yet and the Lady said their closed already??? This is very frustrating, misleading customer who rushed to make it only to find out the listed hours is incorrect!

The employees at the LBC West Covina are extremely rude. I walked in their branch and I stood in line while they argue with a customer on the phone...ON SPEAKER. I listened to how they berate and blamed the elderly customer. When it was my turn, they almost threw the transaction form at me and asked why I didn't complete the form before I got there. They were very rude. Because of their attitudes, I left and took my business elsewhere. I went to Johnny Cargo next door. The Johnny Air employee was very nice and my package arrived within 5 days to its destination in Metro Manila. LBC, please train your employees better or you will continue to lose customers. This is America where customer service is of outmost importance. You do not even deserve 1 star. I do not recommend LBC at all.

LBC is consistent and reliable when it comes to bad service. I mailed something on the 26th of February and it still has not arrived. It's now 3/5/22. They also don't have online support and switched it over to an automated system that doesn't really offer support. Their service is so archaic that their site can't show when the package will arrive. COVID-19 has been their excuse for bad service. I got here around 12:26 PM and left at 1:06 PM. What makes mailing here difficult is that they are understaffed and majority of the people mailing are not prepared - don't have addresses ready or documents prepared. The mess doesn't stop here though. It takes a while for packages to be actually mailed after you drop it off. I think their pricing doesn't really match the service. Staffing and training can maybe solve this problem.

From bad to worse!!! I sent packages to the Philippines (Talisay City, Cebu) in October, 2021. It's been almost five months now the packages have not been received by the recipient. Every time I call LBC office in West Covina nobody answers the phone. Every time we also call their 800 number, they give us the run round time . They would say that it is in transit but they do not exactly say where it is. Five months is ridiculously very long wait. Three weeks ago I called their 800 number again, the person said that it's already in transit from Manila to Cebu and might take ten days to arrive to the port of Cebu. Now it's been three weeks they said the boxes finally arrived in Cebu Port and they will request to expedite the delivery. The "expedite" word is being used by the person on the phone every time we call, but up to this time the boxes have not arrived to the recipient. I have family members who sent their boxes two weeks after they pick up my boxes from home, their family already received their boxes few days ago. What happen to my boxes??? Why are they not delivered to the recipient yet??? Are they lost??? Please let me know or please deliver them now!!! It made me think that something happened to those boxes and your LBS staff are hiding something. I wrote this review to let everyone know that LBC is not the way they advertise their services. Don't ever ever comeback in here at LBC West Covina Both are employees in here so Unprofessional, rude, or worst Service, specially the person that accepting the package, super rude attitude............ your business and customer service are gonna losing because your employees.. I will not Recommend this please ever again....... if the have zero start they deserved it... don't ways you time to send you items in here.

Stolen Items from Balikbayan Box Finally, the recipient received the balikbayan box I sent them. Unfortunately, some of the items, mostly clothes, were missing. Never, ever use LBC to ship your balikbayan box. It is slow, inefficient, disorganized, dishonest, unreliable, and very unprofessional. They will not even give you the phone number of the manager to complain about lost items. If you want to keep your sanity, do not ever use LBC! (I am a real customer, not a competitor of LBC.)

I can see why this location has so many negative reviews. The workers are immature despite them being full grown adults and being older than me. They were okay and they weren't mean, but they weren't actually nice either. LBC... please hire people who are act mature and who are good with computers.

If you make a call no one will pick up, Rude old ladies will serve you, I don't know if they are underpaid because they seem not to like what they are doing. They are very slow, take your time attitude not considering the time of the customer waiting outside in the heat while they are inside cool and comfortable.

Hit or miss with the service here. If it's crowded then maybe come back since they usually take 15 minutes a person. Last time I came it was empty and the process was a little faster with less paperwork. The packages are taking a little longer with Covid but that's to be expected. Pick up service is usually booked out at least a week in advance so plan ahead and they're on Filipino time so don't hold your breath.

I have been dealing with this branch for 13 years. They have always been respectful and have never lost a package. You have to understand they don't make the rules during the Pandemic. They charge extra to send a smart phone. It's a bribe pure and simple but they call it a handling charge. I have a handful of shipping documents and let them inspect each and every piece of air cargo. I will never send money due to the service fees but the cargo is great once you know how to work the system. They always refer to me as "Sir Ronald "

Worst place to send your package or anything! I send documents in the Philippines but they send it to different receiver and different address. When I went here they asked me to fill up the form outside without any table or chairs. And it was really hot outside. I just noticed the receipt with different name and address when i was at home and they're closed already. So next day i have to get back there. The old lady was very rude. worst lbc!!! Too much hassle and incompetent employees.
