I can see why this location has so many negative reviews. The workers are immature despite them being full grown adults and being older than me. They were okay and they weren't mean, but they weren't actually nice either. LBC... please hire people who are act mature and who are good with computers.

I have never shipped packages before to the Philippines. I used LBC right before their cut off for Christmas. They explained everything I had to do gave me the paperwork to fill out to accompany the 4 packages. All four packages arrived in one piece before Christmas. The staff made it easy. Thank you LBC

Based on the reviews of this place, I was somewhat hesitant to drive an hour away just to mail off a package when where I usually go would be open the next day. I took the chance and have to say, the staff was friendly and helpful and quite the opposite of the reviews.
