Phillip is an Amazing salesman. He helped me buy my couches a few months ago. This time around he helped me buy my recliner. He is very patient and very knowledgeable too. And he is a super nice nice guy. I have only shopped at the West Covina Jerome's.

Sales person Marselina was informative and seasoned with product, special offers , financing. Need chairs for area of finance. Especially for senior citizens, we shouldn't be rushed through THAT process!

I should've read the other reviews before buying from Jerome's in West Covina. I financed a recliner sofa, power recliner, and two chest drawers for delivery on August 31, 2024. I received confirmation emails for delivery...never any mention of anything being on back order. The driver arrived with no chest drawers. Apparently, the ones we paid for were never in stock! We're living out of moving boxes with our clothing, so this is a major inconvenience.
On the same day, I spoke with the sales rep I worked with, James Recio, and we came to an agreement to order another set of chest drawers for the same price. Delivery was scheduled for today, September 2nd, and I received a text message from Jerome's that one of the chest drawers was damaged, and the delivery would have to be postponed. I spoke with a lady in dispatch named Jessica, and she told me the chest drawers were coming from a local store, and that's where they were damaged. She told me the soonest delivery date is September 5th. That is unacceptable. We were already compromising by agreeing to September 2nd delivery. Now I'm waiting for Jessica to call me back with better news. I will NEVER place another order with Jerome's again. I have never had to deal with this level of incompetence for furniture delivery. Make it right, Jerome's! I refuse to be another victim like your other customers have suffered through.
