amazing customer service provided by both Joe and Rosie. brought my car in for a dent in my front left fender because someone hit it in a parking lot. as soon as i brought it in, they inspected it and 2 weeks later it was done. got the job done fast with amazing quality. they even washed my car snd cleaned the interior. great service and quality. i plan to return eventually and repaint my whole car :)

This shop is by far the best shop I've ever come across, from their customer service all the way down to their work. What i loved most was Rosie explaining the reasons there may be delays, the possible turn around & she even explained that they don't just focus on the outer layer (paint & body) they check for inner issues, frame damage things like that && it made me feel so secure, i knew my car was in amazing hands! I definitely found my forever shop. They even did a quick cleaning of the inside and out & gave me the cutest air freshener. Thank you so much!

I was visiting the area and had a last moment problem with my trunk. I found J&L online and went there based on reviews. The 5 star rating is 100% justified. Joe was incredibly helpful, professional, honest and friendly. He helped me keep my fixes to what I needed/wanted, and went above and beyond getting the job done right to help prepare me for a long trip. My warmest recommendation and thanks :) There are good people out there.

Sooo...one night a tree fell on my car. Yada, yada, yada - it's all fixed now. J & L Auto Body did a superb job. I chose them for their reviews and so should you. Top notch customer service. So grateful I took my vehicle here! These guys are well professional! The son and the father both do their very best to help assure your issues get fixed. They keep you updated, and the work they perform is very rare for a body shop! I took my vehicle in for a couple of repairs and I could not be any happier with their work, but not only that but their communication as well. These guys definitely gained a loyal costumer! Could not recommend any other business then this company! Thank you guys!

If you want the small business personal treatment, this is the place for you. Joe is very honest, will give you very fair prices and will deliver your car like new! I got my car fixed after an accident through insurance and communication was excellent as well.

J&L Auto Body Repair was beyond amazing!! I came into their shop to estimate damages for a fender bender and they were very supportive. I already felt like I could trust the workers here! Every phone call would be answered with the sweetest customer service voice. I chose them to fix my car and they were extremely extensive and really cared about fixing it as best as they could with great parts. Rosie took care of my car and she was very knowledgeable. Even with my insurance taking a long time, they were able to expedite the process and get my car fixed quickly! They went above and beyond to provide great service. When I called for a just a quote for my replacement hood, they had already started brainstorming how to prep this even before I decided to give them my business. I had specific requirements and they were able to deliver. Rosie and crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and they are all about good business. They are my first go-to and if they can't do the work then they'll offer you a reliable source. Absolutely satisfied and I'd throw out an appreciation for Joe who had to sacrifice his back to make a customer happy.
