My husband and I were helped by Laura Herrera. She is awesome! I appreciated her attention to details and double checking laws. She also took the time to explain certain tax laws and tax brackets. I will be recommending her to my friends! Thank you Laura :)

Long story short this office isn't knowledgable about taxes. If you want your taxes to be filed incorrectly, overcharged and treated with no respect then come here. Happy we decided to go somewhere else.

I met with Jackie Aragon today to file my taxes at this location. I come here every year and I've always been satisfied with my returns and service fees but I feel like I totally got ripped off this year! They've lost my business for good and I hope they lose yours too. I trusted this lady Jackie for the simple fact that I have come here so many times but she charged me $180.00 to file one W2! It took her about 15 minutes to finish my tax forms and after printing everything out I was probably only there 25 minutes...really!? You want $180.00 for a 15 minute return!? She did not explain any of their policies or any of the forms I was signing and I just feel like the whole thing is really shady. I feel ripped off and kind of embarrassed that I even went there. I hope you keep in mind that I went to handr many times but this one time and this one shady lady is enough that I'll never come here again. What a terrible experience and an awful lady. I really feel like she was just making up prices. Don't give you're money away like I did. I could have done it on line for 10 bucks.

I called in to make an appointment and the lady who answered was very short with her responses. I ended up scheduling a time for the following day @ 1:00 pm. I only had 2 W2 forms for this year and the previous year to file, and was still quoted at a ridiculous rate (around $200)! That is so crazy to me. There are barely any forms to complete when filing W2's, so this was just NUTS. The only reason I even considered coming was because it was the day before taxes were due. Okay... so I come 15 minutes before my appointment time and there are a ton of people walking-in to file their taxes last. I saw people who did not reserve a time slot get serviced before me... As time went on, I ended up getting annoyed, called a tax place in San Gabriel who would file both of my forms for only $70, and left. This place is NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Honestly, it should not cost you an arm and a leg to file your annual taxes, and if you ARE paying that much money..

Don't bother doing a walk in at this location. I was the only client there and waited for almost an hour and they never helped me. They were just gossiping, I would of waited longer if they actually had clients.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not use this H&R Block office. I went in today in hopes of being helped with someone who wanted to help me. WRONG. Today I went in and was 'helped' by Jackie Aragon. Miss Aragon and I pretty much went through the same things as I did on my own with Turbo Tax. You know the whole punching numbers in, and browsing through w2's and all. But before even starting any of that Miss. Aragon did not mention any fees to me at all. Anyway, Miss. Aragon and I made it to the very end of all the tedious work, found how much my return was going to be (same as what Turbo Tax would get me) and said "okay, our fees are $220 would you like us to deduct that from your return?" No way was I going to pay that. I told Miss. Aragon that Turbo Tax would get me the same amount with charging me a fraction of the price to file. She pretty much tossed my tax documents towards my end of the desk and said "Well go do it then." At that point I grabbed my stuff, stood up, and walked out. Came home, and within 20 minutes, using Turbo Tax Deluxe, got the same return with only being charged $19.99 to file both federal and state returns. This office was a horrible experience. From start to finish. Was not greeted until after 5 minutes of standing there, and the horrible customer service from Jackie Aragon put the icing on the cake. Now H&R Block is going to be the last place I ever do my taxes, and I'm going to put in an effort to deffer friends and family away from them as well. They're sneaky with their fees, just be smart about it. After all, it is YOUR money.

I don't know, but I love H&R Block! I love my tax specialist Laura Herrera. I've known her for years and she knows what she's doing. Trust me. Yeah the parking might be a little tricky but that has nothing to do with it. Everybody is super nice here and really helpful. So for your tax needs this year come this H&R Block. You won't be disappointed. Make your appointment on time and come early.

Warning do not use this H&R Block office. Limited knowledge personnel. Poor training of reception staff. Horrible parking. Stay away. I went to H&R Block on Tuesday after making an appointment by phone. I was very clear as to what my needs were. I arrived at the H&R Block office 15 minutes early only to find out that there was limited parking and I had to park in a 15 minute zone. I was told not to worry that they don't check the 15 minute parking requirement. I understand certain offices have limitations in what services they provide. But it should've been clear to them before I wasted an hour and a half of my time. Now I'm last-minute trying to find a new tax assistance. This place was horrible.
