A HUGE shout out to Felipe and Tony in the rental department, I cannot thank these guys enough. If we could clone Felipe and Tony and sprinkle them all over the world, we'd have ourselves a perfect utopian society. They are more than helpful and go above and beyond out of the sincerity of their own hearts. To them, work is a way of connecting and being of service to others and not only does it not go unseen but is felt far and wide. Thank you guys so much, when I count my blessings I count you twice. And keep on shining!

Great local Home Depot! One of the most convenient locations to visit, in my opinion. The parking lot is huge, clean restrooms inside, and you can find most of the home improvement items you need here. They have kind and helpful staff each time I visit. Their effort to provide great service makes shopping trips a good experience. I like to stop by the garden area to find good deals too. They carry good items.

If I have to go to Home Depot, I will choose this location in West Covina instead. It's so much better than the other location in City of Industry. The ambiance is brighter, clean, and bright. It's very organized and easy to look for the items. They also have more selections available and I was able to get the plumbing stuff we needed. Their prices are always good at Home Depot but you get what you paid for. Customer service was better than the other locations. Btw, we finished our bathroom remodeling recently and we ordered the Lexora Bracciano surface-mount LED Mirror Medicine Cabinet with Defogger and Bluetooth speaker ($544.17+tax) from their website and we like it a lot. We also got our new toilet, interior paint, trim, and shower drain there. P.S. They don't accept Apple pay in store, so I have to pay by credit card or cash.

I feel this Home Depot is way better than other ones around the area. Workers often ask if you need help looking for something. Cashiers are not perfect, but if you compare to most retailer, they will do just fine. I did meet a young dude at the check out that seemed out of it though, eyes were dilatated. Didn't bother me though. LOL. Also, pickup lockers are pretty convenient if you order online and then just go pick up what you ordered.

This is my go to location, have been going for years. Very organized and things are easy to find but...even throughout the years I've been going this has been one issue the music selection..while shopping I like to listen to something upbeat or a bit relaxing but this month, has been nothing but heartbreak music. I mostly do curbside pick up now, it feels tooo depressing in there. Other than that, it usually is stocked up on what I need and is a good local area Home Depot.

David Lugo works at this home depot and is the most patient and kind person. He is so knowledgeable and eager to help us. My family were able to get the Xmas tree we needed. David even set us up with the tree on our car AND took our family picture!!! Thank you so much David!!!

I’m never excited about going to The Home Depot, however sometimes you get some amazing customer service and that makes a world of a difference. We were looking for weeks for a stackable toolbox and we were very lucky to get helped by a very nice young man, named Alex. He took his time, explained everything to us, compared various brands, explained warranties, etc! We left feeling very knowledgeable and happy with our purchase. Thank you so much, Alex!

Definitely horrible. The head cashiers know absolutely nothing about the specials. The managers don't even care to answer there phones. I was buying some flowers that were advertised as special pricing. I took a picture because the flower itself had a different price. I go to pay and they decided that the price is not correct as shown on display. They reported it was a mistake but could not display the ones for sale price because they were lying. Then while I was trying to clear it out and have it make sense the cashier had about 5 other customers go ahead of me. So she couldn't even give me her undivided attention to solve my problem properly.

Your policy of opening up a sealed Christmas tree is about the dumbest thing I have ever heard. What are you implying? That we opened the box in the middle of the store, placed items in it, then sealed up the box again? When I mentioned this to the woman at the checkout, she said "oh no, sir. We're not implying YOU would do that!" So then you're implying somebody else opened up the box, placed items in it, then sealed it up again and left it in the store for someone else? Absolutely absurd! After they looked inside the box, they taped it up quite poorly and pieces of the tree fell out as we were trying to place the box in the car, making us even more mad. Great way to treat customers buying a $500 Christmas Tree. There is absolutely no logical reason for this practice and we hate dealing with companies that are stuck on stupid. Next time we'll go to Lowe's.
