Amazing customer service, I was going to return an online order in store, and this little blonde girl Melanie helped me tremendously by helping me return all my ex's clothes that were ordered online back into the store, highly recommend looking for Melanie for returns

Rude service! I will never go back to this specific Hollister. I recently went to return an item with my receipt in my phone and they have the nerve to tell me they can't accept because, I originally bought it at Santa Anita Westfield. the nerve to make me waste my time and money because, thier none productive & none caring employees felt like it! RATE 0.

They did nothing for what happened to me last Nov2021. I was injured inside their store due to their display that fell directly to my foot and it bled. No manager came to assist me, and I was only given by a staff bandaid and toilet paper that was almost empty! No first aid kit. Nothing. My grandma offered me a more softer tissue. I asked the cashier for a cotton ball or even some alcohol. NOTHING. I couldn't barely walk when I went out their store because I was in so much pain. That's the worst pain I had experienced in my foot. I emailed their customer support right away and they promised me that the Escalation Department would get back at me via email but have received NO RESPONSE. I followed-up with them a couple of times. Not sure if they are waiting for my foot to heal or was I just totally neglected. Up to this date, the toe that was hit directly by their display has a dead part! Still black in color. I like Hollister and their quality of clothing, it's just that I didn't expect your customer service would be like this. This star is for that staff,who gave me a band aid and the almost gone toilet paper,not for this branch. I'm not going to name you.

Came here for a return today, the cashier proceeded to ask me a reason for return I told her didn't fit, she proceeded to say that she could help find another size for me. I said no, I don't want another pair of jeans, they were on sale and would probably not even find the same style since I bought it at a different location. She then questioned "so you don't want them cause they were on sale?" like no, they just don't fit and look right on me. She then proceeded to ask if I live in arcadia, which is where I originally bought the pair of jeans I was returning. After all these questions she finally asked if there was any problems with the jeans, which is normal for a return. I honestly just didn't appreciate how pushy they were to make me exchange and not want me to return, there were too many unnecessary questions asked that just made me feel uncomfortable. The girl helping me just gave me a rude vibe. If I wanted to exchange the jeans, I would've said so. Overall rude workers, and just a horrible location. I will never come back to this location.

I really like clothes quality, the texture is so soft and comfortable. Taking advantage of the sales I buy a lot of tshirt for my son and cute t-shirts for my daughter.

Alissa at the West Covina Hollister was so incredibly helpful! My daughter was exchanging a swim suit and Alissa went to the back multiple times to find the right size and color. She was super cheerful and made our exchange easy. We so appreciate the great customer service!

Horrible experience , as well as how the manager handles her situations. My payment went thru and i tried exposing that over and over again but "since i didn't know her job" i was wrong and she was right. ? Like how does that make sense when I'm showing you proof about my transaction and you don't care to listen so she insisted on KEEPING my items til "i PAY" again because tho ere system froze ! After 15/20 mins of telling her I'm not leaving i know my bank took out my PAYMENT and it's not pending I'm going to wait , we'll low and behold what do you know the other manager finds my receipt and doesn't know why that happened ! No sincere apology from the manager that wanted to withhold my items from me tho . Super sad how they treat customers ! What happened to the customer is always right and ESPECIALLY IN THIS SITUATION i was !!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I am writing this to file a complaint against Stacy (or her alleged name), cashier #02280960, and her poor customer service. Today, February 11 at 3:26pm PT, Stacy greeted me with "hello....are you going to be retuning all that?" In a rudely manner. She then notified me that I could only return up to $150 of online purchases, which is completely untrue. During my exchanges she asked me a reason for every item to which I relied it was either to big or didn't want it. After she offered that I get a new size and I declined, Stacy remarked "Why don't you want a different size if that's your reason". I explained I simply didn't want the items anymore to which she gave me a rude look. I asked if there was a problem and she said no. When I put my other shirts on the counter she angrily asked me "you have more??" although I only had two more shirts & didn't exceed her quoted $150 exchange limit.... I continued to ignore her horrible attitude. At the end I mentioned I had been charged wrong for a shirt online and if they can help me price match or help me with the issue. Stacy exclaimed that since it was an online purchase I had to call customer service, in stores cannot help. When I asked her for the customer service number, Stacy exclaimed that she did not have the number and that I COULD LOOK IT UP MYSELF ON GOOGLE. I decided to try online shopping during the pandemic to limit my exposure. If I had known I was going to be harassed is returning items I would have never bought Hollister merchandise. During the pandemic, Hollister should expect high online returns since everyone is online shopping, yet management and staff is unapologetically rude. I will not be a returning Hollister customer and hope Stacy's leadership roles are reconsidered to avoid future customer losses.

Sells such cute clothes!!!!!! And the service is amazing!!!! They are always checking up on you and very positive it feels very welcoming. I was attended by multiple people but Andrea was amazing!!!! Love her!
