Room was good. Room was clean and its a great location. Only problem, the hotel said and approved they were going to process my refund due to a double booking. After repeated attempts, no answer, no response even with Hilton HQ acknowledging that the refund should be processed and staff telling me at Hampton Inn that it should be processed. This was from my stay back in March 2024. Im now back in Australia and no response

At 6am alram is programed to go off. As we well as the room next door. However the room next door was empty. So i had to listen to the neighbors alarm for an hour. Even called front desk after 5 minutes. They never came to turn it off either.

I had a great stay. Rooms were a bit little, but it was just the two of us, so I was not worried at all. Walk in showers are beautiful and spacious. Complimentary breakfast in the a.m. as well. Service was amazing. And the lovely ladies serving breakfast are incredible. Location is off the freeway, super convenient.

If you don't want your trip to be bad, don't choose it. I booked their room for 4 nights and paid for it. According to the policy, I can get a refund if I cancel it. However, the management of their hotel has nothing to do with the system, not only do they not provide services, but the system of other hotels is ordered by their hotel manager. I wasted $500 to get me to experience the worst hotel in the world, the worst service, the worst room.

The hotel was clean and updated but the room itself was small. Travelled with my children and the two queen room was tight. Very little space to move around the room, so much so that the closet was simply a curtained off area at the end of the room. Not much of a closet, very little hanging space. There was also a bit too much noise. The windows were thin enough that the ambient noise from the road/highway was very easy to hear. If you are sensitive to noise you will want to ask for a room at the back of the property. If you need white noise to fall asleep you should be fine.The breakfast was decent, eggs and meat, with the accompanying continental items. Not much seating though. There was also a nice 24 hr coffee/tea station in the lobby. Overall we had a decent stay and would probably stay again if called for.

By a busy highway, so noisy. Basic hotel, but no digital options. No checkin, digital key or check out by app. Easy behind the rest of the world.

Checked in on Saturday the 16th. Very nice people at front desk. Room is small, however nice and clean.They have a hospitality room with coffee & tea around the clock. Then they serve a small breakfast buffet. Not bad. That area is kept super clean. We came to visit our son in West Covina. Only about eight minutes away. El Torito is right next door. So, of course we stopped in there for a margarita. We enjoyed our stay.

No decent restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. Noise from Freeway. Beds ok. Not great.

Last minute trip to SoCal. No issues at all with reservations, stay or check out. Location was close to our event, coffee 24/7 & continental breakfast was convenient to have & appreciated. All staff we encountered were friendly.
