Be careful with your payment amount! Make sure they charge you correctly.
Black Friday this store offers a 50% discount on label Tees. a $29.99 T should be $14.99 plus tax. but the cashier charged me $18.49 plus tax. When I noticed the wrong payment amount, I went back. The cashier asked me if I confirm the discount? I insisted it’s a 50%-off item, she reluctantly checked with a sales guy, and refunded me the difference. During the entire transaction, I remained polite all the time, I thought it’s just a small mistake. But after refunded, she showed me an attitude face even though I said thank you. This attitude made me feel uncomfortable. It was clearly her mistake, why she seems unhappy? instead of me?
And one more thing, the $29.99 item with 50% off, they charged $18.49+tax, which equals a 38.35% off. So I wonder why they could charge customer such a randomly amount? May I say they are stealing money from customers? instead of a just mistake?

Let me start by saying I'm a regular customer at this store. I never had issue with this store until today 3/29/23. The customer service was very unfriendly. I was about topurchase a cargo short for my hubby with a sale price of $29.99 on a clearance sale rack with an additional 50% off from the sale price & she was hollered at her supervisor about the scan price was not the same, but she looked at me like someone put it there by accident, so they can't honor the price which was fine. But I didn't like it when she supervisor tried to give me a blame excuse that someone took the sale price tag and put it on that cargo short then they had time to put it on that clearance rack, and he tried to tell me that he wanted to help me by taking his time checking the price on his iPad. My son had to go to the restroom, so I didn't wanted to waste my time with both of them. I won't come back to this store for while.

So I gotta be fair here.....we both entered the store, I went one way (women'side) , he went another (men's side). NOT ONE welcome, NOT ONE can I help you, NOTHING! I walked from the front to the back of the store with NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE (3 were working) asking if I needed/or even offering any help!DISAPPOINTING because I like this clothing store and shop here often whether on the store or online.I won't let this ONE experience sully future visits, HOWEVER, THEY BETTER COME CORRECT OR I'LL FIND ANOTHER STORE!They have super cute ( expensive) clothing, so maybe give them a chance

I dont know who they are marketing too with design of clothing, for the men at least. Everything is too small and too shiny. I feel like the style is marketing for one day out of year "New Years". Clothes used to be subtle and for daily wear not clubbing only
