Ivied was so welcoming, friendly & helpful. Assisted me with all my purchases. Location store kept clean & organized compliment to Cece there manager & her crew. A lot of selections to choose from best of all if you would like to donate any clothes, bags, shoes, kitchen items or things you don't need anymore. They welcome any donation. And if your on a budget your bucks will stretch spending here. Found a lot of name brand clothes, shoes & bags. A lot of friendly staffs especially Iviel who assisted me today giving Excellent Customer Service. Will be back if we are around the area if we are looking for that certain special something. Highly recommend. Thanks again Iviel for assisting & helping me this afternoon. Truly Appreciate Your Service:)

Guess they don't read the reviews just respond "glad you had a great experience". My review still stands: I donate often and this is the only location I go to so not sure if this is something new at Goodwill, but now they are asking for money along with your donated items. Last 4 times I came to donate they asked me to donate cash. Makes me not want to come here and to donate to a different organization.

This is a small good will but on the plus it is neat and well stocked. Lots of clothes at resonable prices. Nothing i saw was overpriced at all. Nice jackets and sweaters for 6.99 and cute decorations and home goods for great prices. The only downside was the staff walked around very zombie like, they used manners but very mono toned and lookd absolutly misrible. I felt sorry for them, what happened that they were so unhappy. There were a few sketchy people hanging out when i went so just be warry.

This is my favorite GoodWill since moving in the area! It is the best well sorted according to size and color! I could stay here and look around for hours. You can tell the staff works hard to make it look so enjoyable to browse around! IRENE is AMAZING!? she was doing so many things at once wow she deserves a raise! She told me about all the great deals by the days, I’ll be coming on Mondays and Wednesdays to get in on some good finds. Love this place :)

The staff is wonderful, the store is always neat and I love it here BUT I had a silly incident with the manager which I thought was very odd. I got a packaged little plastic pencil box, priced for 3.99, but it’s half off today because of the color of the tag. Well there was another next to it. SAME EXACT ONE, but unpackaged and no price. The cashier called the manager for a tag and she brought it, priced it at the same tag price but different color so that now it is NOT half off. I asked if she can honor the same price. SHE WOULD NOT HONOR THE SAME SALE AS THE PACKAGED ONE!!! So she priced the open one at double price!!! Lol I decided not to take them because I have 2 nieces and we know I can’t just get one for one of them. Also, I had just spent $45 on my other stuff!!! Is this normal procedure of business of goodwill? I thought they’re trying to get rid of stuff and make money? And they always ask me to donate money to them? But besides that nonsense, I was still able to get great stuff!!!

Every day that I go shopping the prices are higher. The prices are similar to new products from ross stores, dds discount , 99 cents or marshalls. They should lower the prices because the products are used.

Honestly just had a very bad experience with one of the workers a bit ago because they were closing in 5 minutes and one of the cashiers (didn't get her name) came to where my handicap sister and I were at and says "if you're gonna want to buy your stuff you have to go to the front because we're closing" and I've worked retail before and I understand how frustrating it is when people stay PAST the time but it was 5 minutes before and my sister and I were literally done and the only reason I stopped before heading to the front was to get my wallet out and so I said "okay thank you" and I stopped to reach into my pocket for my wallet and shes walking away and she goes "NOW" and no she didn't like SCREAM but it was in that loud tone that moms use on their kids like I'm not a child first of all and second of all it wasn't like she had already said it to me 5 times for her to be so aggressive so of course I said "okay I get that you're closing but that doesn't mean you have to talk to me like that" and I am never one to complain but this lady geez like I've never written a bad review about anyone so she really was just so nasty and she turns around and goes "well I'm just telling you if you wanna buy your stuff the registers are closing and I already announced it!"... like babes we were literally on our way to the front when the announcement was made and I said "okay and i get that and we were already done but your tone is disrespectful like be more respectful and I wouldn't be saying anything" then she goes "WELL RESPECTFULLY YOU CAN GET IN LINE CAUSE THE REGISTERS ARE CLOSING" and at this point she wasn't yelling but her voice was definitely raised and I'm sorry but if you're rude and basically YELLING at me I'm gonna do it back because like I said we weren't rude or disrespectful when she first approached us and she was so aggressive and my sisters just sitting in her wheelchair not saying anything because I had already spoken up so I raised my voice to her level and I said "RESPECTFULLY YOURE DISRESPECTFUL AND YOU SHOULD HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE" and she yells I don't know what on her way to the back of the store and so I keep going with my sister to checkout and the cashiers aren't even ready and one of them said to my sister "sorry we have to close at 9 because we don't get paid overtime" like 1. do I have goodwill corporate written on my forehead and 2. as sorry as I am about that there's nothing I can do to change it and aggressively approaching anybody especially someone in a wheelchair is crazy and isn't gonna change that either and there was literally a guy returning some ancient looking shoes who made them close late because he was arguing with the only cashier about her not giving him a refund. But once again as I said before I've worked retail and I've had all the bad customer experiences you could ever think of and I never ever ever took it out on anyone else or even on the customer it happened with because there's no point so if the manager or whoever reads this it was the tallest lady that was closing Wednesday night and I don't expect or wish for her to be fired because that's overboard but at least have a conversation about how to treat people and I'm just glad that my handicapped sister wasn't treated that way all alone but the shorter woman who checked us out was very sweet and I was honestly feeling petty and gonna make a comment to her about her rude coworker because she was standing next to her closing her register but I decided to stay silent and just put it all in this review and as much as this is kinda embarrassing for me because I just wrote a whole essay this woman literally treated someone handicapped with such an aggressive nasty attitude when they had someone with them so I can't imagine what she'd do or say to a handicapped person when they have no one a
