Saw a Silver GMC Terrain with a large Reynolds GMC sticker in the back window, so assuming those is an employee (driven by a bald male). Driver ran a red light getting on the freeway and perceded towards cut me off and cut off others while on the freeway. F this is how someone who advertises for a business they surely work for, would never do businesses or have my Chevy worked on at this location.

This is definitely the place to come if you don't like pushy sales tactics and hidden fees - we had a great car-buying experience here after having a disappointing experience at another Buick dealer. The whole process felt very easy and straightforward. We were even allowed to test drive our vehicle on our own which was such a relaxing experience! What a great experience we had with Rudy here at Reynolds. I am glad I made the decision to purchase here instead of Tustin. Rudy made the purchase of a vehicle so simple. Direct to the point on pricing, no games, no bs that other dealers try to pull. He was very thorough on the vehicle features. The dealership had a very clean environment and lounge area. I am looking forward to sending this dealership more business in the near future and taking care of our business needs.

I bought my car here in 2017 and have had it serviced and maintained by GMC since then. After taking it for manufacturer-recommended maintenance costing over $500 in July 2023, some new problems immediately occurred, including a serious leak of transmission fluid, weird sounds and odors of burning chemicals. The car has only 56k miles and now they tell me it will cost over $3000 to repair the transmission. It took two days to diagnose this serious "problem" and I feel taken advantage of by this place. A car with low mileage, good careful driving and impeccable maintenance should not have this magnitude of a problem after spending so much to maintain it per manufacturer recommendations. I've owned GMCs since 2003 and I will never buy or recommend one again after this experience with Reynolds. This is not the way to treat a customer.

I live out of the area, but bought a vehicle here because they had what i wanted in stock. Even better is that they had no mark-ups for silly crap (LoJack, nitrogen in the tires, etc), and they also don't charge above MSRP. My salesman, Mark Calamaco, was great to deal with. He respected my time, and had everything ready when I got there. The car I drove home was the one that was as advertised, at the price I was quoted! I have no reservations about bringing my business to them again.

I cannot speak highly enough about the purchasing experience at Reynolds GMC. Working with Danny and his team for the purchase of a new GMC Sierra was painless and if you are in the market for a new vehicle please give Reynolds a call. Its been awhile since I bought a new vehicle so I started out the process with some trepidation after hearing stories about issues at other dealers. After calling around to my local dealers (I am in northern California) and getting the runaround I expanded my search and found Reynolds GMC. Thank goodness. Danny and his team were straight up honest and forthright throughout the whole process. The price we agreed upon was the price I paid, there was no market adjustment or dealer add-ons tacked on, and there was no pressure to buy any insurance or service packages, Danny kept in touch with me during the whole process and made it as seamless as can be. I couldn't be happier with the process and highly recommend you reach out Reynolds if you are looking for a new vehicle.

First same time Reynolds West Covina at the start of the pandemic when we were in the market for a GMC Sierra to haul our trailer. Unfortunately we were not able to make a deal but we were extremely satisfied with the service we received. We ended up finding our truck elsewhere but we have been coming back to Reynolds for service since it is closest to us. The staff at the service department have always been friendly and have never felt like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They have a nice lounge if you decide to wait while your vehicle gets serviced. The parts department is very small and not many items in stock you have to order most. Their stock is starting to look better specially if you're in the market for a truck. Best thing is that they are not making up their inventory. So if you're in the market for a new GMC vehicle definitely check this place out.
