WORST and a bunch of LIARS! I refuse to assume ethnicity 100% but this guy who is, I'm assuming he is a manager, of Asian or possibly filipino descent needs to find a new job. He is a liar said his system is not allowing a return for a game I got 8 days ago and Tina Sanchez the DM doesn't respond. They do Not care about you or your business! This store does not want to ever help you and don't go to this guy he will give you a million excuses! Corporate told me that's not a thing to mail back a in store return ! I will be following up with this till the end with corporate to see to it no one is lied to again and managers are taught better. Go to target or anywhere else guys! They are not worth your money.

Isabelle is fantastic at customer service and was extremely helpful in helping me understand the first gaming console that I've bought in 20 years! She was patient and educational and GameStop has earned my business moving forward.

This place for the past, i wanna say, 10 years, was my go to Gamestop, the vibe used to be so welcoming and was just fun to go to just because. now its just bleak and depressing, the new workers give off this "why are you here" energy and make you feel awkward for asking questions or just wanting to do the bare minimum on say a preorder. they clearly dont wanna be there, and makes me wanna be there even less

They never answer their phones. I have even driven there and tried calling while in the store and they don’t answer and they aren’t even on the phone.

This gamestop is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I pre-ordered the Pokemon Go Plus + expecting to get it day of release and NOTHING! I went and spoke to someone yesterday and they said they received them and that the item is in the back, but they had to go through the boxes to search for it. RIDICULOUS! Completely unprepared. We pre-order things to get the item day of. Whats the point of doing that if we have to wait to get our item. I DO NOT recommend this GameStop to anyone. Pre-Order/Order from another GameStop! Your better off going elsewhere.

Honestly this game stop location sucks. First of all is it me or is the trade in system for store credit never working? Lol I have heard countless stories from relatives and friends saying the same thing. Second this store phone number is either busy constantly with out fail or drop caller if that makes sense. Don't get me started with staff. Customer service 1/10 deserves a generous 3.

Lil backstory, I received an email gift card from a friend. For some odd reason it got sent to herself and she provided me with screenshots of card number and pin. This happened Tuesday April 25, around 7:20pm. So I went in to get one of the last 2 copies of "the last of us part 1" for PS5. Associate was not able to help me redeem gift card to buy my game. He was a 5.5 male with long hair and glasses. He was not helping at all. Didn't even bother to check with anyone else or a higher up person than himself. PATHETIC SERVICE. GameStop is lucky I have to waste my gift card there or else I would of made purchase somewhere else.

I have been here quite a few times and always feel welcomed. The employees are knowledgeable and great to nerd out with about new/ upcoming games.

They need to close this place down already. Every time I come in here the workers are always talking amongst themselves inappropriately, and never offer help or welcome you. I feel like asking a question is bothering them. It seems every time I come in here the service gets worse and worse. My advice would be buy online and avoid this location altogether. I've also seen some shady back door deals going on here. Overall just terrible service and unreliable associates here.
