Customer service is subpar. Lacking in providing “actual” customer service. My advice, DO NOT BUY clearance items. There’s no way of returning. Even if the item you’ve spent money on is “defective”… Will never come back here and waste money at GameStop. Worst company EVER!!

If I could give this review zero stars I would. Do not come here, I repeat DO NOT COME HERE! If you're going to be preordering here at this GameStop don't. Preorder somewhere else like Best Buy. When I say this I say this from multiple experiences with particular GameStop. Not once, not twice, but THREE times they have scammed me from preorders! The guy who is a ginger and who has been working there for years ripped me off when I was younger, he convinced my little brother and I to preorder a game and put 20$ on the preorder but when we came the last time to put more money down a girl helped us and said we had no preorders. We were both like what? My brother and I were confused and I looked at the ginger guy and he literally walked to the back. I didn't think much of it and just thought maybe my other brother took it out. So my brother and I put 20$ more. Yet again we come to the gamestop to tell us that we had no preorders again... this time around I knew they were scamming us because we were kids. That Ginger guy and that Asian girl were really scamming kids for money and canceling preorders!!! There was also a big guy who always had a beard who worked there and my older brother preordered an Xbox game, and we had warned him about this GameStop but he still decided to preorder there. The day comes when he has to pick it up, so he goes and they say there's no preorder other than a ps4 preorder and my older brother was confused because we don't own ANY PlayStation products, and the bearded guy was pressing him saying well that's what you ordered. My brother who is much older put that guy in his place and said "I don't have ps4 or any product that uses PlayStation, why would I order a PlayStation game?" The beaded guy backed off and gave him the Xbox version. Since then we haven't been or bought from that gamestop. These employees will intimidated you for no reason and try to pull a fast one on you. I also had another encounter with Beard guy at a different GameStop! Beard guy was working at the mall GameStop for as long as the Ginger and Asian girl were. I believe the Beard guy got his own store by Home Depot and whatever. So I call the GameStop (which is now closed) by HomeDepot and ask if they are taking trade ins and what time they stop. ( I ask this because at the time I was working at GameStop and didn't wanna inconvenience them by coming in late with a trade in) They said they take trade ins whenever and just to come in. So I come and Beard guy is there and straight up tells me the don't take trade ins anymore.... Like what???? I was so confused but I was like that's not right, I walked away and was like yeah this guy is still shady and hast learned his lesson at the mall. Again DO NOT PREORDER AT THIS GAMESTOP!!!

This gamestop is the worst! Been to so many other locations and no one has ever treated us the wrong way. Karina is a bad employee. Bf carrying a heavy box and my bf asked if he could put the box on the counter where there was a folder sitting Karina responded "no youre gonna break that" not polite at all.. like?!! So can you PLEASE remove it. She does not smile at all. Bad service! Not coming back here!

Stop by to check to see if they had Alison nerf gun. This GameStop seem to be smaller then the others. They had an odd stock of geek collectable toys and video games.
