This insurance company is awful. I always pay our payment on the due date, I even get a text message reminding me to do it. I got the same text last Wednesday letting me know that the insurance payment is due in five days. Today is day five I called to make my payment and they say “ Your policy has been canceled because it is a six-month renewal. It was due yesterday.”. I explained to them that I received the text message. I was able to even show it to them from their own company, telling me that it was due in five days, I was trying to make the payment on the fifth day. They cannot reinstate my policy and only offered to rewrite A new quote, but my 2020 would not be eligible for full coverage. Of course, managers are available. Worst customer service..

I was rear-ended by one of their insured drivers who didn't have the insurance on her. I had to wait about an hour for her to get her insurance information. Once I did it was constant back and fort trying to reach the adjuster. I was sent a check with no information of the preliminary estimate of only $248 but upon doing my own estimate at caliber collision their estimate turned out to be $1800 that isn't even covering about half of what is needed. Their adjuster told me they don't issue rental cars? but they do cash outs and that I should be receiving a check of $99 to use toward a rental car... That is not going to cover the days my vehicle needs to be in the shop. Even the aviator at caliber collision said they can't start working on my car until Fred loya goes out to check the vehicle again-- which takes them approximately 3 days according to the agent at caliber collision. They need to do better at communication and giving proper estimates. I am yet to solve my issue and am hoping I can get a rental. I will be calling managers to see if I have better luck getting a rental car through them.

I would give them 0 stars but then I could not write a review! This has to be the WORSE auto insurance company on the planet. BEWARE if you are hit by a driver with this auto insurance. Usually the cars are old, beat up and put together with spit and glue!!!! Unfortunately for me, I fell victim to such a driver. My car literally was driven off the lot in Alhambra when a " Fred Loya" insured driver pulled behind me at a stop light. He was so close to me that when I looked in my rear view mirror, I could see he was on his phone. It has been nothing but a headache since he HIT ME!!! His hunk of junk was unscathed and he went on with his bad self. Me on the other hand had to make many calls to his lousy insurance and mine. This went on for weeks and I still have yet to receive reimbursement for my car rental. How is it that this driver hits me and I have to pay out of my pocket?! That is so very wrong on so many levels!!!! Thank goodness I have great auto insurance. DO NOT, I REPEAT!!!! DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR CAR and TRY TO AVOID IF YOU CAN, getting hit by one of their insured drivers! Enough said:(!

Was told some parts of the policy was included in the price when in reality I was getting charges $60 extra a month in addition to $36 in charges I did not authorize to be added supervisor Alicia did nothing to correct this and gave me a number to call that no one answers the lack of professionalism and the fact that they add additional charges you don't approve is shocking save yourself the trouble and don't do business with these people you can get a better deal at so many othe places that don't intentionally rip off their customers and will actually have someone there to help you when you call

Fred Loya insurance company, they take out money whenever they want from your account. I won't recommend this company to anyone. Everyone is very rude and quick to pass the buck, no ownership taken for whatever your concerns are.

The customer service representative Mireya needs to work on her attitude, when I went in to make a payment she gave me an attitude and seemed as if she was bothered by something as if she didn't want to be there. If she doesn't like her job she could easily quit but she shouldn't be taking it on the customers who thanks to them she has a job.

I called for a quote told them my driving record right of way they said I have 4 points without them even looking they said they can quote me already wrote me off did not want to help me unprofessional staff they have.

I really can't thrust them after a year of many problems a bad costumer service, I move to Allstate now I pay the same with 50k more coverage and much better costumer service
