I was rear-ended by one of their insured drivers who didn't have the insurance on her. I had to wait about an hour for her to get her insurance information. Once I did it was constant back and fort trying to reach theadjuster. I was sent a check with no information of the preliminary estimate of only $248 but upon doing my own estimate at caliber collision their estimate turned out to be $1800 that isn't even covering about half of what isneeded. Their adjuster told me they don't issue rental cars? but they do cash outs and that I should be receiving a check of $99 to use toward a rental car... That is not going to cover the days my vehicle needs to be in the shop.Even the aviator at caliber collision said they can't start working on my car until Fred loya goes out to check the vehicle again-- which takes them approximately 3 days according to the agent at caliber collision. They need todo better at communication and giving proper estimates. I am yet to solve my issue and am hoping I can get a rental. I will be calling managers to see if I have better luck getting a rental car through them.

I always pay my car insurance directly in this West Covina location, it's near my house and I'm always in the area so it's very convenient for me, the only inconvenience at this office is that they never have change and they only have one person working. I had to make some changes in my car insurance last time I went and my daughter and I end up waiting an hour to be helped.

This place is a joke. I spoke to a lady there and told he I need my daughter to be on policy. She said ok and I agreed to a policy and paid over the phone. Two day later she said I need to go in and sign a paper and take pictures of car. When signing notice that my daughter was excluded from policy. I said that is not what we agreed on and would like to cancel this policy. she said it would be $50 plus a charge for the 2 days ($110). WHAT!!! Watch the bait and switch trick.
