Service is so freaking horrible staff doesnt know anything i asked where the leggings is she said in the corner i didnt even see it so i asked her again and she pointed me its downstair so i went i asked another staff again she said its upstairs i was like wth and she just smile sisnt even help..

Pls don't waste your time on going here, they gave me a bad customer service and before I went I called so they can put some items for me on hold and when I got there they told me that they did have them anymore, just wasted gas driving all the way from Burbank to here for NOTHINGG!!

The store closes at 8 pm today 7/13/23 , but the fitting room is close before 7:30 pm according to the manager and of course we were unable to go inside at all because there were clothes all over - it wasn’t the fact a customer could’ve get hurt but just because they have a mess there( according to this person the manager )good thing as the manager told us with a real “nice attitude” ( if you happen to get a final sale item you can exchange it if it doesn’t fit because of course you can’t use the fitting room , no money back just exchange ) . Great customer service !!!

I walked in 3 minutes before their closing time unaware they close earlier on Sundays.. not even 5 steps inside and one worker yelled at me from across the store saying "ummm you know we close in 3 minutes?" . Made me feel like I shouldnt have stepped inside. I havent been to a forever 21 in years before this and now i doubt i ever want to go back. If they didnt want customers, they should lock their doors

This store is very Kept up, clean and very Organized!! I love forever 21 they have great deals And very pleasant employees when I ask for help. I would Like to give a shout out to Rachel she is on of the sales associates she is very professional and very Nice! Should hire more like her.

Came in to buy some sweaters for my daughter. Not too many choices and the ones available were all cropped sweaters so if you wanted to wear it to be warm then not really a good choice . The displays were nicely arranged. Eventually got her some tanks for layering. Prices are very affordable and the store has a lot of cute clothes for teen girls/young ladies at an affordable price. There is also young men's clothes available but I didn't shop in that dept today.

I give zero stars. I wanted some shoes off of the mannequin, they were not able to take it off and gave me a bad reason why. I don't understand why things are on mannequins if they cannot be sold.

I went here as a single father shopping for my 10 year old daughter not knowing where to even start. A salesperson by the name of Diana went way above and beyond going up and down to help us for picture day. Thank you Diana! 5:30pm on Sept 7, 2021.

Fair amount of low quality stuff that can be over priced. There seems too be a lot of issues with returns and exchanges. Very unhappy with the exchange policy. "Just go grab something else, anything so that you use the money" was what I was told.I feel like I was told just to waste $9.99, the response was very rude and unprofessional.

Wow! One of the best Forever 21 I have ever been too , they are so organized and clean ! Everything labeled in sizes and even in the sale area! So clean and easy to find sizes , the woman that worked there were amazing ! Best customer service! They were so nice and welcoming and offering help ❤️ I will drive here from now on to shop! Cerritos and Downey ??? but West Covina ????!!

I took my daughter here today shopping for her birthday and noticed I was being followed by a worker there. At first I just thought she was just “arranging clothes”, but then I started noticing she was in every section I was in glancing at me. I was more then tempted to walk out and not spend any of my money there. I won’t be going back again.
