Truly disappointed with the quality/presentation of the arrangement I ordered. I’m currently deployed and ordered flowers for my significant other back home. To my surprise when she received the flowers, they left a black sooty powder in her room and on the bear I purchased with the arrangement. This is not ok for the amount I spent on the arrangement.

I showed up to this shop with only one hour to get a full funeral arrangement bouquet and they stepped up and made us a beautiful arrangement . So grateful and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and beautiful !! I was absolutely expecting them to refuse me service for such short notice, but they went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend ?

Very impressed with the customer service. All the arrangements that are ready for walk in purchase are beautiful. Well priced. Also went in 01/08 very close to the holidays and all xmas decor was discounted.

What can I say about Robert? He's a great florist and he gives you exactly what you want. I found a picture online of something my wife would like not knowing anything about flowers and Robert was nice enough to let me know what the flowers were and let me know that he could do the arrangement for a given price, this is the third year I've gone with Robert and every year my wife is ecstatic with his arrangement. he was even nice enough to stay an extra hour because I was caught in traffic so I could pick up the arrangement. Robert is an all-around nice guy and does everything in his power to make you a happy customer. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Went in to buy a bouquet, the older woman working wasn’t very accommodating. Actually pretty rude when I told her my price range and instead of showing me what she can do, she told me the price of each stem and then told me to do the math on it and I would know if it worked for me. It’s hard to buy anything without seeing it put together. Also $8.50/ a rose?! Seriously?! Knowing that these flowers last maybe a week, you’d think she’d want to be more helpful and sell anything to me. Ended up with me walking out with nothing.

I had chocolate and flowers delivered for my mom's birthday and it was a super easy process. I did everything online and there were many nice floral arrangements to choose from. My mom loved the flowers. I ordered Saturday and everything was delivered on time that Tuesday (her birthday). I wasn't sure what kind of chocolate she was going to get but they sent a nice box of chocolates from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. I priced a few other places online and this place looked quality but not astronomically expensive. Delivery was $21 but I can't complain because I'm not local and would have no other way of getting these to her. My mom said they called her when they delivered as she has a security gate and the person delivering was very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I ordered this beautiful wreath for a special woman who has been like a mother to my husband. The customer service was great but was not impressed with the wreath. I paid over $300 for this arrangement and to be delivered. When I arrived to the viewing I was a bit disappointed. I was very flexible and if I knew they didn't have enough of the pink flowers I would've been okay with adding different color/flowers.

Ordered a last minute afternoon delivery for a dozen roses with either lilies or orchids. The designer added both and it came out so beautifully. Would recommend and will continue ordering here. Excellent work and service. Thanks for your time and effort Donna!

Made a last minute purchase for my nine year old daughter's first performance in her school play as the leading character. Robert and his team came through with a beautiful bouquet of roses. It was an amazing experience and I will always come back here for special occasions when I need flowers! Thank you so much guys!!
