The staff sucks, they are rude, seem extremely bothered when you asked to try on his shoe. Talk to you.
I got there at 7 PM, 1 hour before closing, and all the employees were behind the counter when I asked to try one the girl acted like if I was asking for the world, she eventually went to go see what shoes my wife wanted to try on and reminded me that they closed in 40 minutes.
It too heavy set girls one of them seem like the manager that were rude.
I bought the shoes for my wife. They fit her fine and there was nothing wrong with finish line or it’s products.
But the staff at this store sucks! Whatever happened to customer service

Why be in business, if you're going to close the door on customers before your close time. If you don't want to work, then don't. From a family who buys sneakers all the time, running to close the door in our face is lazy cowardly and extremely disrespectful. What if the shoe I was looking for is at your store ? And I miss out because now I have to come back some other time because a lazy individual wants to go home. Highly disappointed they treat finishing like some indoor swap meet joint that open and close as they please.

Came into finish line with my brother, the service was really bad the guys working here looked like they hated their lives.. and just looked at us funny, when asking for helped I was ignored once and then finally when they did come to assist me they were still just rude and over it. We ended up just leaving because we didn't feel welcomed.

Went in looking for a certain pair of sneakers and was lucky enough to get the last pair in the size I needed. Staff was welcoming and helped as soon as I set foot in the store. 10/10 amazing customer service!

So I asked for a shoe size and the employee told me they had it and just gave me back the display shoe without telling me that the display shoe was also the shoe size I asked for. Seriously??l I got ignored and left hanging, they just have bad customer service. I end up buying shoes at shoe palace instead even tho it cost me more I was treated better.

I always shop with Finish Line with my sneaker needs and very happy with the "Winner Circle" rewards. Too bad, the winner circle was replaced with "Status" last year. I did not receive my birthday reward this year. Call in to the customer service, and the response was : The birthday reward is generated by the system. Sorry that I did not receive my reward but customer service cannot do anything to resolve.Totally speechless. Why bother set up the reward program??? Why bother set up the customer service???

I will absolutely never go here again. The store has a military discount. I've never had any issues using this discount until now. This store seems to have some sort of vendetta against people that have either served or are currently serving. They wouldn't let me use my discount on a pair of Jordan's that are NOT on the list of exclusions. Their answers constantly change and I truly believe there is something going on on a personal level there at that store against military. He said if I had a rewards coupon I could use it against them but not my military discount. Something just seems off about the whole situation. I will be contacting the BBB and let the local news know how poorly they treated me.

This finish line denied my husband and I to use our active duty military discount. We LOVE finish line otherwise, however this particular store discriminates the military. We had visited the Cerritos location the prior day and got the same shoes WITH a military discount. As a nice gentleman was checking us out and including our military discount, then a woman from another register named Alondra yelled to him that they do not give a military discount for his particular shoe. After my husband explained we got the same shoe the day prior at another location with the discount she said she can hold the shoe and call her district manager tomorrow and the we could come pick up several days later. She was incredibly rude and made it clear to us "it doesn't matter that you're military."

Customer service is HORRIBLE (Store: 1057 / Cashier: 0065938/ Original Online Order: 6773480305 from MA) I ordered a pair of Air Max 90s for my husbands birthday, there were none available in the area and ordered online from Finish Line... When I received the Shoes on 2/4/21 they box was ripped and they sent 1 New Shoe and 1 Display Shoe, like really? One shoe was white and the other was yellow with scuffs and paint coming off. I paid for New Shoes, I expect New Shoes. The fact that the store in MA consciously shipped the shoe from the Display is unacceptable. I went to the Finish Line in Puente Hills and the young man was NICE and HELPFUL. I wasn't able to return sine its not a stand alone store and had to drive to the store in West Covina so I went... When I walked in I was greeted by a sales rep who was also polite. He said he would go check to see if they have 9.5 size but I let him know the store in Puente told me only Culver City and Northridge had them available, the rep in Puente said I can ask at West Covina if they can call Culver City and ask them to hold due to inconvenience. As the rep in West Covina was double checking for the correct size he asked me to get refund from some lady who I'm assuming was a "manager" since she had to do the refund. The rep asked her to help me while he checked the back for the correct size...she completely disregarded the fact that I needed a refund and calls the customer after me to help them...Mind you, I was already at the counter. When she did that I told her I was here first and if she can process my refund first. She say, "Yes I know but he's looking for the correct size" I told her I told him West Covina doesn't have the size I need but he was going to double check and if she can just process my refund asap, I didn't want to be around a lot of people due to Covid... she rolled her eyes and started processing refund...I tried to explain to her why I returned the shoes and she DID NOT GIVE A F***...didn't apologize on behalf of Finish Line and ignored everything I said and continued with the transaction...and I told her, "Can you believe someone would send the shoe from the display" and she just nodded and asked for the credit card I used to purchase the shoes... I asked her if she can call Culver City and ask them to hold the shoes for me due to the inconvenience and she said she couldn't ...One thing is you cant and another is you wont. With my 13+ years experience in Management I knew this was going no where and felt terrible when I left because I am a customer. As a Manager myself you learn to built relationships with sister stores and I'm 100% sure she could have asked someone at Culver City to do her the favor to help the customer (Me). She chose not to, simple as that. With that said, I got my refund and purchased directly from Nike. I will not take my business to Finish Line anymore. Thank You -DLRC3
