I went to pick up my husbands parts and an older man had treated me with very poor customer service. I think if he doesn’t like working with people then don’t work. Always greet the customer as soon they walk in.

I won’t mention any names because I don’t want to shame anybody. But FedEx as a company, they need to do better when training their employees.
1. I called ahead of time and asked how much their Blueprint Printouts will be. I was given a price of $5.49 per sheet for black-and-white copies .
2. I asked what time I am able to pick it up and they said anytime let’s make sure the machine is working. I waited on hold and I got confirmation that the machine is working and that I could come in 20mins.
3. I called back to make sure my print was ready before I pick it up. I was told they never received anything even though The email I sent the file to, sent me a confirmation code. When I gave her the confirmation code, she indicated that my printouts will be ready in no more than half hour.
4. I go in for my order and it’s not ready and they just started to print it. I wait. When it’s time to go pay, I don’t pay $5.49. As you could see in the photo they charged me for extra things that were never mentioned to me, unnecessary fees. Indicating that it was priority because I came today. And something about an enhancement which never came up in any conversation. I just wanted a basic 24 x 36 print .
5. Here is the kicker. Not only was I not informed, After they printed out my papers. I asked for them to remove those unnecessary charges. He told me it would be better if I just pick it up tomorrow so I’m not charged. Even though the prints were already in my hand.
I was honestly so shocked to hear something like that and I asked, “… you seriously not going to give it to me since I’m already here?” He responded, we will just do it this time but next time just know you’ll be up charged if you printed the same day.
Please look at the charges they were trying to scam me with.
So shameful that a good reputable company will try Pulling this on their customers !!!

?????I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received at the FedEx on Azusa! Last week, I found myself in a frantic rush to get a poster printed on the same day, and I was hitting dead ends everywhere else. But from the moment I called this location, I knew I was in good hands. Serena and Joseph were absolute lifesavers!Their customer service was beyond compare, even over the phone. They took the time to understand my urgency and explained the process with such clarity that my stress levels started to plummet. And when I arrived in person, it only got better.Serena and Joseph greeted me with warm smiles and a level of professionalism that instantly put me at ease. We had a genuinely meaningful conversation, and it felt like they truly cared about my needs. Despite the pouring rain outside, they went the extra mile and even provided a cover for my poster to keep it safe on my way out.In just 30 minutes, my poster was printed and ready to go, thanks to their efficient work. This experience was a game-changer for me, and I can't thank them enough. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in need of top-notch service and support. As for me, I'll be back without a doubt for all my academic printing needs. Kudos to Serena, Joseph, and the entire team for setting the standard for excellence!

The staff are so kind and helpful! They're really patient and take the time to make sure the print projects fit the client's needs. Pricing may be higher than some places, but I'd rather pay and know the project will turn out well.

Decent FedEx/Kinkos. The prices for color printing are quite high - Grand Printing nearby is half the price at 39 cents per page. Useful if in a pinch.

Sierra is a Rockstar. A few days ago, I called a few hours before close with a large last minute order that my business desperately needed before the following morning. She took the time to check if what we were ordering could be done in the desired time, and even returned my call once she could verify. During this call she mentioned what she would need from me, and provided me an estimated completion time that was approx. 3 hours from the time I called.. The order was done within an hour. Huge thank you to Sierra and her team for handling business. I appreciate Sierra's ethic & service tremendously and believe FedEx should be proud to have an employee represent their company in the way she did.

Why is FedEx sooooo slow. The employee that helped me, Bree, was even more ridiculously slow. She really showed that she did not want to be there and did not want to deal with my return. Never have I written a review for a shipping center but I think this was justified. Please Bree, pick it up!
