Do not bring your package here if you are shipping internationally. I was counting on the "shipping pros" to help me ship a package to Canada. Paid $38.55 for them to do the paperwork and shipping, only to have the package returned because the customs paperwork was not properly done (or not done at all). When I brought the package back to this location to have it re-shipped with the proper paperwork, they refused to give me a credit for their prior mistake, instead charging me a second time for the same shipment. Horrible customer service who does not take ownership for their error. They acted like I did something something wrong, but I made no mistake other than bringing my package to FedEx Office in the first place.

I've been here a few times and service is always great. Sent a package today and notice at home that tracking numbers that my company gave to me were duplicate. Went back to the store cuz I got worried that my package will get lost. FedEx worker already took care of the issue before I even got back to the store. Very helpful.

Unfortunately theres no closer Fedex by me. Such bad customer service at this location its like they were bothered we came in at all. No greeting no direction as far who was available to help. Stood there for while trying to get someones attention. They only had one other person in the store and 3 reps. We were only shipping out items that were already packaged! We didn't need anything additional thank God!

Never again. I walked in and got in line. Could feel some weird tension in the room. It's finally my turn and then the gal is unable to "log in" for my return. I wait some more. Then the guy next to her scans my QR code. The gal then proceeds to tell me that I need a box to send my boxed item in. She refused to mail it in the box it was packaged in. I paid TEN dollars for a f*cken box to send my box in! She didn't offer a cheap mailing bag or anything! She said it had to be boxed. Still livid. Never again.

I called this location ahead of time because it was a holiday and they hung up on me. Well at least I knew they were open after that. I entered and was greeted immediately. A worker came from the back and asked if I have already been help I said no and she immediately started to help me. She was kind fast and communicative. She gave me my receipt and I went in my merry way. I just walked in to drop off a package but it looked like there was many other things you can get done at this location. Parking was no problem. It was easy to find.

I don't like writing bad reviews but these guys, especially the manager. This is how I received my package, torn, broken box and it seems someone dragged it through oil. I have no idea how someone with no customer service skills is a manager, same goes for a woman employee, (on the picture) I think she was worst. They made me wait (internationally) over 20 min to release my package, because the moment I saw it my jaw dropped when I noticed the condition it was in. I hope FEDEX reads this and teaches their employees how to treat the customers. Even the other employees were trying to be nice to me, but the manager and this lady, had it out for me. Terrible customer service, terrible delivery, terrible how the handle the packages. if I could give them a -10 I would

This was my first visit to this FedEx office location here in West Covina on Azusa. Overall it was a very easy and painless process. I had to ship out a package and I knew I was going to be nearby. I was assisted by one of the workers there and he was extremely helpful. Usually when I come into these locations is always a little bit overwhelming since I have no idea where to go and what forms to fill out and it's a lot of guessing on my end. He was able to provide the full service experience and was able to put me at ease. Typically in a past there was always a lot of forms to fill out and this time around he was able to do everything on the computer directly so it made it a lot easier with the whole shipping process. He was able to print out the label so I didn't have to use my terrible hand writing to scribble anything down. I was in and out of the store within minutes. There is tons of parking here in this plaza. So that shouldn't be an issue at all. Thank you to the team there and it was exactly what I was expecting.

Gerard was a HUGE help from making me feel welcome to helping me print, to finalizing everything I needed and making sure it was the exact quality and quantity I walked in wanting to pay for. I walked in a little stressed and he made the experience super smooth and stress free. He was so much help that I overheard someone asking if he was the manager because of the knowledge and charisma he had.

I rarely give 5 stars but every time I've been here the employees are extremely nice and have great customer service. I've been here about 4 times and have always been treated well. Wish I could come to this location but it's too far a drive.
