“Brought my sons iPad here wouldn't turn on or charge they charged a small fee to check it out and the fee would go into the full price if I had it repaired . They contacted me the next day with the results needed a mother board I agreed to a very fair price and would be ready in a few hours. I was contacted that it was ready and told my iPad was outdated so the original mother board was obsolete so they actually upgraded the mother board to the next gen for the same agreed price , I have never had any shop do any upgrades big or small for the same price. Great shop super friendly they tell you exactly what you need and get it done for excellent prices what more can you ask for. Thank you guy's so much I will be coming here for any other problem's I ever have with my devices.”

“I stripped a screw on my Nintendo Switch joy con and dropped by here yesterday to see if they could remove it. The lady who greeted me had such a wonderful, lovely attitude! The store doesn't take video game repairs per se, but the lady was very open, and I told her about my issue; she said she was willing to try, and so she did. In the end the screw couldn't be removed, and she was very honest in saying she didn't want to damage the joy con. She recommended a store that was dedicated for video game repairs so that I have another avenue to look into. Overall, I have to say that I am incredibly pleased with the experience and really do appreciate the transparency, honesty, and friendliness of the staff here. If I have a phone or tablet that breaks, this is going to be the place I go to get it fixed.”

He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. “My HP laser printer at my business wasn't turning on. I called a few places but only got voicemails. City Laser answered promptly and gave me a ETA for their technician. The technician (Eric) came on time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently (motherboard blew out) for a fair price. “I got my printer fix here recently at this small local mom and pop shop. Found out what was the problem with my printer and got a decent price on the cost to fix it. I was told my printer would be ready by the end of the day. I got a pretty good deal for toner and ink cartridges as well. Service was great and efficient!The owner is was very nice and funny guy. I would highly recommend if anyone has a problem with their printer or copy machine. This place save me a lot time and money. “I am so pleased with this company. I have a 60" Samsung TV that they fixed. They had to pick it up and once diagnosed, ordered the parts to replace it. Unfortunately, the wrong parts were sent to them so it took a good 10 days before I got my TV back but it was worth it. Wendy will get your information over the phone and is very polite and kind.
