They destroy men’s baseball caps! They bent my husbands hat paid for it and gave me 50% off of the cleaning service not 100% for their error and mistake! On top of that no apology from “Axel” but attitude and he likes to yell at woman, me! Wouldn’t give me my husbands hat back! Quickly grabbed it like if I was going to steal it from him and threatened to call the cops on me after he yelled at me and was very rude and disrespectful! not once but twice in two separate occasions! Go elsewhere! Very unprofessional staff especially “Axel” Hispanic man with a heavy accent. Another customer ahead had his wife’s dress re done as they couldn’t remove stain, seems like repetitive occurrence at this cleaners now. They lost another good customer here as I brought them a lot of business in the past 5 years! Now to take my business elsewhere!

Do not let the good reviews fool you, I brought this man 2 new designer shirts because of the great reviews and asked if he can please go easy on the heat since it can possibly ruin a certain area on the shirt, when I went to pick up both shirts where shrunk and one had a stain as if someone ate right on top of my shirt he then proceeded to lie and said it was already stained. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bad business

If you have a skirt or bottoms, don't bring them here. They pin the clothes to the hanger instead of having hangers for bottoms with clamps. They made the decision to pierce holes through 100% silk and leave holes on the clothing items. Would not come here again after this.

I liked that the owner was professional and kind. I didn’t like having safety pins through both sides of my cotton/silk skirt, which left two tiny holes. Good thing you can’t see them while I’m wearing the skirt.Service: Laundry pick-up
