My husband needed clothes for my mother's funeral, and from the minute we walked in we got excellent customer service, and we're given condolences at multiple moments. My husband was able to get his entire outfit, but it cost a little more than we had available at the time. They did what they could up to paying the last couple of dollars for me. At this time, I can't express how appreciative I am for that. We will return if my husband needs clothes again.

As I have shared before .. these stores are wonderful. And I love the fact that DXL will "let go" clerks who do not live up to DXL's standards of courtesy.
