Wish i could give 0 stars. All the employees were super rude. Asked if I could recycle the boxes they obviosuly toss away for a Thanksgiving food drive to package items to give to families and manager stated yes. Come to find out they threw them away as i went to put my items in the car and were being rude to let me get the other ones because an employee was too lazy to count the ones I would take. Stated I made a mess and employees decided it be nice to be condescending to me while I paid for my items in front of everyone. Come here if you'd like to see employees be rude, on their phones and rude to customers. Shout out to the other dollar tree that let me recycle the boxes for a good cause and didn't see the harm in helping me for a good cause during the holidays.

My experience today was interesting I decided to buy myself and my grandson ice cream cup when I asked if we got free spoons to go with it they said no nothing was furnished I go to the car open the ice cream cups and fine wooden flat spoons in there for our convenience this was a learning experience for the first time hooray of course I went inside and told the cashier to let other people know there is a wooden spoon flat spoon in the ice cream cups oh well a Learning lesson today for me I still love Dollar Tree

Cashier didn't hear when I requested a bag and instead of just charging me for one (which I had the change out for already) or even giving me one free, refused sighting store policy doesn't allow them to sell a bag after a transaction is done. so my kid and I had to walk through the rain with loose items in our hands, very disappointed.

One the cashier was super rude attitude. She got mad cause I told her I did not want an item. Oh now I have to void it I was like ya well then some Karen customer got in the conversation without knowing what happened started telling me to not be rude I was like first mind your own business then rude the cashier was rude. Then the cashier started to scan a item I bought somewhere else and I said that's mine and she rudely snatched it from me. I was like oh he'll no. I went back after leaving and talked to a manager at this point the cashier was still having attitude while I was talking to her manager rude rude rude

OMG horrible lady on the check out stand! im so mad she didnt have a name tag. LADY GO FIND ANOTHER JOB IF UR SO MISERABLE AT DOLLAR TREE! ALL I ASKED FOR WAS AN EVEN EXCHANGE, I HAD MY RECEIPT AND FROM THERE SHE GAVE ME ATTITUDE, STARED ME DOWN FOR LIKE 10 SECONDS SO I DID THE SAME AN SHES LIKE "YES CAN I HELP U? U NEED TO RELAX" HOLY COW I WAS LIVID, I JUST LAUGHED. DOLLAR TREE GET UR ISH TOGETHER AN HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS!
