Another place (more popular brand name in La Puente) put balances on my tires during a routine maintenance then told me it would take $700 to fix the control arms (making the problem then selling the fake solution). When I brought my car to this place, they were honest and told me that there was no problem with the control arms, the balances threw the car out of alignment, removed the balances, and charged me a service fee not even hitting $50. This place has earned my trust and I've been going here ever since (quite rare with this type of business).

I got an unexpected flat tire and I slowly limped my older car into West Covina Auto and Tire Center. I was desperately hoping it was an easy fix. Brian promptly assisted me and within minutes gave me the good news that the flat was fixable. I was in and out within 15 minutes and truly felt I was dealing with an honest repair facility. Five Stars in my book!

I've been bringing my 2007 Honda Element here for over 10 years and will continue to do so. Both Robert and Brian are awesome, very professional and attentive. They're very honest with repairs that are needed for my vehicle and good pricing as well. Highly recommend.

Came in for a patch. There was no one here so they saw me immediately. However the guy who helped me was just rude and talked to me like he didnt want to be at work. The waiting area is also filthy. I'm choosing somewhere else for sure next time.

Needed my tires checked. Robert had all 4 checked No problems. Went there based on my wife's recommendation. She has used them for a number of minor problems and always happy with their service. Agree!

This place is a life saver. I moved out of the area 6 years ago. I happened to be in the area today and needed one tire. Glad to see they were still here. It's under a different name than what I remember. But the same owner/manager running things. They have great prices and provide great service. You won't go wrong coming here.
