Super rude cashier! Honestly no reason to be extremely rude we had asked her a question about price matching and she seemed completely annoyed at the question kept rolling her eyes and smacking her gum then yelled at my husband and I because we didn’t enter the number but we weren’t even done putting the number in ,she ended up canceling it and entered it manually with a big attitude. Her name is Jaylene and that behavior was so unnecessary we didn’t give her attitude for her to respond in that manner.

Customer service sucks employees seem like they don't have to help customers. They see you need help and they will just give you there back, and act like they don't see you.

Horrible customer service from the floor staff! Entered the store with no greet and 2 employees just chatting with each other right in front of the door entrance. Also I asked a question about an item and the employee seems annoyed to even speak to me.

Giving this place a 3 because of the awful customer service from the LEAD Jaylyn or Jayden. This girl didn’t even give the time of day or make eye contact. I bought an expensive softball bat and forgot a coupon that’s normally accessible at the registers for a 10% or 15% off for league families. She didn’t even bother looking or acknowledging when the clerk Jeremy asked her. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Jeremy made up for her nasty unhelpful attitude. If you don’t like working customer service… find a different job. I’ll be taking my business to big 5 in the future.

Today 02/26/24 at 1:30 stop in this location the bathroom where so dirty I could not use them no toilet paper and no hadn’t soap .The store was not clean at all.

This guy (CARLOS ) all being rube making a face because I told him the price on the counter said $15.99 and he was trying to charge me $21.99. Horrible customer service man idk how he hasn't gotten written up! Also told him to change the price on the counter because that's False advertisement for customers man

Selection of things was decent picked up 2 Columbia cargo pants. Staff is extremely rude though and not helpful. They don’t really seem to care and even one of them rolled their eyes at me.

Not a good one store was empty there was no customers in the store my son and I were looking for cleats called the cleats a couple ot times and waited for 30min and no answer so we decided to leave on the way out there was two employees greater and I asked them if they had someone working in that department and one of them said yes kind of bother of what I had asked I mentioned that we waited for 1/2 an hour not even an apology out of them or anything so I replied that it was there loss and the big guy just said wow at that point we left the store with this attitude this will be the last time we buy anything from this store mind you I've been a card holder for 5 years.
