Stay away from this place!
Has the worst customer service of many other places
The receptionist (Nov 2023) is rude, has no intention of helping you and is even aggressive.
The place is not serious and they are constantly changing appointments according to their conveniences
The place is very old, the locations are dirty and they do not have a digital system to keep track of their clients' history.

Diamond L have been grooming my dogs for years…they are excellent groomers….they groomed Buddy, Bella and Howie until they went to doggie heaven…they continue to groom my new dog Willow….thank you Margie for a excellent grooming….

Thank you Margie! My puppy was turned away from 2 groomers and she was in dire need of a haircut. Margie knew exactly what to do and my puppy just let her do her thing! We will be back.

The young woman at the front taking in the dogs is super rude and unfriendly. Great,now I gotta leave my dog here for 4-5 hours. Grooming was mediocre at best. Needless to say I won't return

They don’t answer their phone. Their website says they’re open. & they only do nail trimming after 4 which I don’t understand why they can’t just take a client in and do it really quick.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE. they hurt and cut my dog!! my dog has a lump on his side and they cut off the entire bump!! it took 3 hours for them to give him to me. the lady with red hair and a braid was extremely rude when i was called that he was ready. i got there and he wasn't ready and she gave me bad attitude and said that he won't be ready for another 30 min. i got him back and he started crying when he saw me. i've picked him up from multiple groomers before and this has never happened. she picked him up to give him to me and he was clawing at her to get away from him. he has cuts and rashes between his legs. i am so sad to get him back like that. he is in pain and NO animal deserves to be cut up like this. DO NOT COME HERE

Been bringing my dogs here for awhile. They always do a great job and always have a great attitude. I feel safe dropping off my dogs here. I had a gender reveal party once and wanted my dog to be apart of it so they painted her nails blue and pink and did the same with the ribbon they usually put. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

This pet parlor does a great job on schnauzer cuts! My Romeo looks so handsome. Had to find a new place for him to go since the last location messed up his normal cut. This place did well. Friendly staff & fast service.

Highly recommended! I have been taking my Lexie girl to Diamond L for over 15 years now. Marg and her staff are amazing, they do a great job with our little fur baby.

I've been taking my dog here for some years because they seem to have the best price with decent work, I wouldn't say that their work is perfect. They definitely don't do the best blending/fading but all in all like I said before I was taking my dog here to save money. Today, I tried to make an appointment and the owner said that she doesn't care for my business because I had disputed a charge for $90 that should have been $45, they charged me extra by mistake!!! I only disputed half of the charge. She is a risky merchant. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed me for her mistake. Just pay the extra $5 at pet smart, they do a perfect job and wont overcharge you !

Don't take your dog here. My dog got groomed on Friday, it's now Saturday and he's been acting weird all day. He has a temperature and I might take him to the vet tomorrow morning. He's been weak all day, and has no energy which is NOT like him at all. Something shady is going on here. If you care about your dog find a better place. I learned my lesson, I should have listened to the other reviews.
