I cannot express enough what an amazing experience I had getting my car here. I had a very difficult and unique situation and Julie Johnson and her team made sure to help me and get me into the car I wanted. She has checked in on me several times since I bought the car. This is BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had.

We were in need of a vehicle since our first purchase did not go through at another dealership. My husband found the car he wanted at Crestview and the salesman Robert Z was very helpful and knowledgeable. We obtained our financing through the credit union and we went to Crestview and signed the papers. We are extremely happy with our vehicle and the great service we received at Crestview.

Poor experience. Requested lease info due to May incentives for a Lyriq. They had a ton in stock. Instead person sent out an outrageous quote from generic Cadillac website which seemed to show zero discounts or incentives. Did not bother to pursue further as there was no effort. Inquired elsewhere. Another dealership responded in a few minutes with all available discount/incentives to potentially earn my business. Not asking for white glove service, just a few minutes to consider your dealership.

I recently purchased an Escalade V from Robert Zepeda, and he was exceptional to work with. He promptly responded to all my inquiries and emails and even went the extra mile by delivering the vehicle right to my doorstep. Additionally, John in finance provided excellent service. He was transparent, upfront, and honest throughout the process. Overall, it was a pressure-free and pleasant experience dealing with them.

I just purchased my brand new Cadillac Lyriq at Crestview Cadillac, and I have to say that the professionalism and service was outstanding. I worked directly with Jason Kim and he was not only knowledgeable but super helpful, that’s what happens when you’ve worked at the same dealership for 15 years. I originally went in with my wife so she can see what the car looks like that I’ve been drooling about for 3 years since Cadillac announced it. Jason greeted us and I immediately told him that we were just looking and that we were dealing with another dealership where we live, over 60 miles away. He acknowledged and didn’t come across as a pushy car sales man, which I liked. He let us take the car for a test drive and told us all the benefits, helping us completely understand everything about the car. After the drive he Camino again that we were already working with another dealership but offered to show us a price. We accepted and the rest is history. The reason why I like Jason and Crestview is no one came off as a sales guy, there was no extreme back and forth negotiating, they truly cared about my experience and this was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Crestview Cadillac and Jason Kim.

I have many reviews I could write about this dealer, but I will review my most recent interaction with them. My 2023 CT5 was recently hit and damaged the rear bumper. After dealing with the person's insurance (State Farm), which was not pleasant I finally got the OK for an estimate and repairs.
Katrina in the body shop was amazing in helping guide me through this process and ensuring that my car was taken care of. After going round and round with State Farm on a rental they said they wouldn't cover it because there was a repair limit on the person's policy of $5k. My repairs were less than $2900 but rather than going back and forth with them we agreed to just not pursue the rental. She told me not to worry and that she would speak to Genesis who handles the courtesy vehicles to see if one was available. To my surprise, Genesis was able to move things around and get me into a courtesy vehicle the very next day. Genesis was amazing to work with and ensured me that I was in good hands.
This dealer is a very old dealer and still has the "Customer comes first" mentality which in this day and age is something that a customer should look for from a company. This treatment in my eyes is priceless and because of this and these two ladies, I will only bring my car to this dealer.

I leased a new car here today and I had an excellent experience. I worked with Jason and he did a great job. All the rest of the staff were great too. They were very fair and they didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want. I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships before so it was nice to leave today feeling good about everything. I will definitely be returning in the future.

This is the 2 nd Cadillac I get from Crestview Cadillac, and the treatment is getting better and better , I highly recommend Avia, she is been a great help all the way , her experience and professionalism is 10/10 , very resourceful and responsive even out of her office hours, she helped me overcome the difficulties I had when I tried to get the car, and facilitated everything for me , really big THANK YOU AVIA.
