Customer service sucks. Ready to pay and cashier says " you're gonna have to wait because I'm helping these people" okay? What people there was no one at the register the whole time From when I walked in and got in line to pay in about 10 mins. If they're still shopping I didn't know you close the whole register till they're done and leave customers waiting while you're just standing there looking around and waiting on people clearly not ready to pay. The 10 mins I was in there shopping there was no one at the register and the cashier was standing around even when we got in line to pay no one was at the register. When you get in line it's because you're ready to check out and pay. The Clerk could of rang us up or other customers up since obv whoever she was waiting on was still not ready and shopping. Walked out and purchased else where. And they didn't have to be so rude ...will stick to cotton on Arcadia.
