This place is dope. When you walk in you have to check in with the front desk to be admitted. Be sure to bring your form of identification that proves affiliation and flyer (if applicable).The store carries Sorbel, Columbia, Mountain Hardware, and Prana. Prices here are crazy low. I bought a men’s ascender zip up for $44 vs the msrp of $110.

Cool clothing. However, it’s pretty disturbing when you’re a combat veteran and Federal Agent, and you have sales associates just following you everywhere and watching you because you’re dressed trashy.

This is an employee store, and unbeknownst to me, you needed to bring your work i.d. or something to show you work for a company that got the "pass" to be able to shop here. After trying to prove myself for a couple of minutes the guy at the front counter just gave me a pass to look around. Which, thank you, even though his whole demeanor was off putting. It got better.....a WONDERFUL young lady by the name of Karen took the time (literally 30-45 seconds) to explain the importance of having the code from your company to not only enter, but to make a purchase as well. SIMPLY BECAUSE OF HER would be the only reason I return (with the proper documents) to make a purchase, if at all.They have a good selection of outerwear and exercise wear and the prices seemed rather reasonable (but not sure if it's because of the holiday season)I wouldn't say don't shop here, just make sure you have the flyer and ID to prove you can shop there.

This review is not for the store itself but for the online order I did there and what happened next. I would put zero if I could. Very frustrated with the online order experience. Never received my package and was even charge shipping cost of 6 dollars for it! You would not believe but that happened so I would like to be sure everybody aware of this problem.Case#4819729. Awful experience with the order. Ordered online, received notification that the package was delivered but I didn't receive it. Checked at hotel reception, initiated investigation both on shipping company side including looking into security cameras and after the week of waiting received email that the item was returned to the Columbia wearhouse and I would be refunded partial amount without shipping cost. So as the summary I've spent totally 4-5 hours trying to find where my package and money and then after that instead of receiving additional compensation for my efforts I was charged shipping cost for the item I've never received. I was trying to ask for the refund for the shipping cost and was rejected.

Great place, with a lot of different gear. They have nice stuff for decent prices. If you like Columbia make sure to stop by, given you have access to the store.

I was given a pass by Alex and encouraged to check out the employee store. Am I glad I did! I happened to show up when a sale was going on, but even without the sale, the prices were great. I ended up taking my daughter back with me the next day and then going again myself the following weekend. Now she and I have lots of new, high quality prAna workout wear. I can't wait to go back when the winter items are in. The store itself is clean and organized. There were a range of sizes and pricing was clearly marked. Fitting rooms are available. The staff was very nice - and they are on the sales floor ready to answer questions. 5 stars! And thank you Alex.
