Hi! I made a yelp account just to rant and give my review on this one. So this is the story-- I was able to book an appointment to Cherry's Salon thru Vagaro on April 4, 2023 for my wedding on April 15 at 9AM. Me & my sis-in law even went to their salon the next morning (april5) just to confirm our appointment. We talked to Ms. Cherry herself on that day and even handed me their wedding make up brochure and gave me a discount! I got so excited! April12 I received an email from Vagaro for the appointment confirmation, I confirmed it immediately. Then I got another email for a reminder (april14). Everything was set! Or so we thought. April 15 (my big day) came, my MIL and I arrived to their salon 5mins prior to their opening, but we waited for 30mins, called them (no answer) and still NO ONE came to open the salon. We had to go back home & ask my cousins in law to do the make up for me. We had to rush everything coz we're running late on my wedding day! Yes i had a good cry coz I was late on my wedding day because of them! And we didn't even get a call from them til now for an explanation nor an apology for ruining our big day Maybe because I am not a celebrity, just a nobody that is Not worth their time Nor an apology. I hope no one gets to experience this again from them. It's really disappointing -- Hair & make up for a wedding!

Would not recommend to come if you want to book makeup services. My cousin-in-law booked well ahead of time for her WEDDING DAY, but upon early arrival to her appointment, the shop was CLOSED. This ruined the morning of her big day! UNPROFESSIONAL due to: 1) Lack of communication. There was no follow-up regarding the servicer missing the appointment completely, or even OPENING THE SHOP that day. For the whole day, not even an apology or an update on why the shop was closed. Wouldn't a well-established service communicate with its customers? 2) Lying. Followed up today regarding the missed appointment time. Asked if the shop was even open yesterday and the one who answered said "Yes." A flat-out lie proven by my cousin-in-law's experience. Overall, this establishment could have had a happy and satisfied client, making a beautiful bride! But no, they were highly unprofessional and valued themselves more than their customers. I would book 5-stars only if they followed through with their appointments.

I would not recommend this place at all. My family had a morning appointment for hair and makeup but they did not open their salon on time. Even after 30 minutes past their opening time, no one came and they did not answer their phone either. This is unacceptable. It was a huge inconvenience to us. No apologies were made for our missed appointment. They are unprofessional.

If only I can make a review without giving any star, I would totally be happy! Cherry's Salon! Very unprofessional. My sis in law booked her Wedding makeup and hair at 9am. On the day of the wedding and appointment, this Salon did not open. They arrived 5 mins before 9, waited for 30 minutes, no one opened it. She came home crying. They are good at ruining someone's big day! Don't come to this place. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of your time. Wedding day, really?! What happened to "beautiful and satisfied result for your special da"? And to top it off. We never got a call from them about the booking like as if they didn't book anyone on that day.

Zero Star!!! She has become too greedy and quality of her work has gone to the dump. Daughter had a haircut and was totally devastated coz she did such a bad job. My daughter and wife been going there for years but I warn newbies and ignore the hype on social media that she's the hair stylist for Filipino actors her in the state. Guess it's time to move to Andy LeCompte Salon and pay for a good service than this wannabe stylist. She does not care about her old loyal customers.... Stay away!!!

got my hair cut here today, didn't make an appointment just walked in and was out within 30 minutes with an amazing long layered cut. everyone here is nice and welcoming i will be returning here for my next cut, very affordable as well! thanks cherry

I would not recommend you to color your hair here. Second disappointment. I asked for a blonde and it stayed orange and to cover it up, cherry put a color on top of it and it looks horrible. Never coming back again. If I could I would give this place a 0 star

My make up and hair stay gorgeous all day.I received a lot of compliments on how I look and I felt so comfortable , natural and beautiful.I highly recommend Cherry’s salon if you want to enhance your beauty on a regular day or prior to attending a big event.Come and see for yourself. Cherry did makeup and hair for my wedding, and she and her team did a great a job. It was exactly how me and my bridesmaids wanted. Good customer service. I highly recommend Cherry's Salon.

We came here so my daughter could get a fresh cut and we're very pleased!!! The staff was friendly and attentive, we didn't wait long, clean establishment, and mostly importantly my daughter loved her hair! I'd highly recommend.
