Would not recommend. We came by to buy 2 dresses around 6 pm and it was closed but they left this note on the door. We bought some other things we needed and came back about an hour later. They were still closed. It’s advertised as open until 9:00 pm. A closed sign would have been much better than a well back later sign when they clearly weren't. Very disappointing because they do have beautiful dresses.
I called the number on the sticky note and the one on the Yelp page and no one picked up. I also couldnt leave any messages on either.
Based on yelp reviews this happens often.
Dont waste your time, they might not be open when you go.

Paid for a dress to be ordered. I paid full price after finding out that I only needed a deposit. I haven’t even picked it up and apparently I can’t get my money back. I am telling them this isn’t fair since I actually haven’t even seen the dress in that color. Apparently I can exchange it for a fee, but I already tried on all of their options and it wasn’t a fit or the color I needed which is why I had to order one.

Well I came in around 6pm and there was a note on the door that said "back in 20min(:" No one came it's been over an hour. I drove 45 mins to waste my time.

Doesn’t abide by times given to Customers. They told us to come on Saturday and they have been closed for the past 3 hours. They won’t answer calls and they don’t even have a voice mail set up to take messages.

Do not buy a dress from here! They do not do refunds! If you order a dress and your not happy with it or it doesn't fit properly you can not get a refund, ridiculous policy they have. I never took the dress home it was still in the store and they still will not give me a refund. Do not sign the receipt! Horrible dress shop! I want to save you from the anger and stress that I went through.

I had a good experience despite all the bad reviews. I am really glad I didn't get the rude lady lol or I would've left with nothing. The lady that helped us was very kind and sweet and patient. I didn't need to order anything custom or get anything tailored. I walked in looking for a flower girl dress for my three-year-old and there was plenty of options to choose from. She tried on five or six dresses, and we eventually fell in love with one which we found in a couple different sizes cause we weren't sure what size to get her. She ended up fitting in a one - two.also got a pretty sparkly headband. The pricing was not bad at all. Exactly what I would expect for a formal dress for a toddler everything that we tried on was between 70 and 150. Very happy with my experience.

Do not buy a dress at this store! They don't give refunds! I bought a dress there but I never took it home because they needed to order the dress. When my daughter tried it on it didn't fit well and was not comfortable in it. We wanted a refund and they did not want to give me a refund, they have a ridiculous policy. You are better off going to a store like Windsor.

Wow!! I read through the reviews after having had a good experience at the store. I was disappointed by the reviews because everyone deserves great customer service especially if you are a purchasing customer. No matter how much you spend. Having said that though, my experience was the complete opposite, keeping in mind that I did not get anything altered or ordered anything. What I purchased was this beautiful back up dress for my daughter's baptism. It was simple and elegant but most importantly the quality was what I was looking for. The sales lady that helped me was Celine. She was amicable. Not pushy. Understood what I wanted. She found the dress that I wanted and even paired it with some cute shoes. She has a good eye for pairing items in my opinion. I had went to a different location and the lady was selling me an off white pair of shoes with an ultra white dress. Hate when the sales person disregard details like that as if they are minor. However, with Celine I felt she knew and was not trying to sell me something simply because I was there. The ease of our conversation, her manner of servicing was awesome. I was expecting to buy a 2nd back-up dress but I did. Mine you she offered great service despite knowing that I had already purchased a dress. She didn't ignore me and pass me off as a "looky look". I think it paid off. Anyhow, my summary: Pros: Great variety of dresses Reasonable prices and everything is priced on tags (I spent $60-80 range) Quality material is there Other Things to know It is conveniently located in the Mall (I like that, accessible and safe for my daughter 5 month and me) May order if necessary (need a week) May try dresses (and you should) ALL SALES ARE FINAL! (Not a fan of this one but important to know) Overall happy to see a family operated business. Sadden by the disappointments expressed but hopeful that the business listens and makes improvements. For that I have given it a 4, for redemption. Will definitely come back to see if I get 5 star treatment. Lol Here is a picture of what we purchased. :)

The WORST place to go. Please look for ALL possible stops before deciding on this place. Lost my deposit even though I called numerous times about a dress (they don’t answer their phones) another dress came in late & we had to go to the store & ask for it just for them to tell us it still wasn’t available. All of their dresses are overpriced go to HP & try on dresses because they absolutely have all the styles and at a lower cost, also, they do not charge you to try on dresses in HP(Huntington Park). This store really shouldn’t have 2 locations at West Covina I wonder the association because they really are terrible.

This is a horrible store. We paid over $500 for a dress and the rude sales girl said they would call us when dress arrived. Three weeks later no call. We called and they said dress arrived. We asked why they did not call and she said “it’s because we got a bunch of prom dresses.” ??? We asked if we need to make an appointment to pick it up. Rude salesgirl said to just walk in. Here we are on a Saturday 2 days later and they are closed. Posted times online say they are open until 9pm. Tried to call multiple times. Cannot leave a message because voice mail is not set up. We have been waiting two hours now. May need to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Pretty upset right now.

Try to sell whatever they want. They had called and told us to come on Saturday, and so we got here and they're closed. They haven't answered when called anyways.Horrid customer service, they kind of feel detached from the clients. When trying on a dress, the employees simply acted like robots, very serious and the air was tense.
