Just stopped after the driver of truck #23 ran my wife and I off the road on our way home from grocery shopping. He had a car on his flatbed and was towing a silver minivan so the whole rolling land barge had to be over 50' long.

I made an appointment through AAA for a tow at 3:30p and this company was assigned. At the last minute it was delayed until 4:05p and I was still waiting unti 4:45p. No call, nothing. The repair shop closes at 5p. I had to cancel and reschedule for the next morning. Thanks, great job.

I could not believe the over the top service I received. I was involved in a bad accident in which chp west covina police and fire personnel were called to scene. I was struck by a young driver not paying attention for whatever reason and it was such a strong impact that my car was tee-boned and completely turned around to face the wrong direction. These people were called by AAA and they were concerned and very helpful took my car to a an AAA storage lot as i was so hurt and confused. My insurance then got involved and wanted to tow the vehicle to their approved repair shop. They were helpful in this regard as well. They even returned my electric gate opener to me personally at their own expense as I left it in the car due to my confusion. Arleen the tow trucker went above and beyond for a senior I would give them 5 plus stars if I could great people

These guys are great! My lights were left on all night so my car wouldn't start. It was completely dead. I had let a friend borrow my cables, and to tell you the truth I really didn't want to deal with this kinda $&@/# today, so I called around to see what kind of price I would have to pay somebody to get my car rolling again. Right off the bat, the price they quoted me was half of what some of the other places wanted to charge. Even better, they told me they happened to have a driver in my area so they charged me even less than that! The driver they sent over was cool and knowledgeable. Best of all, from the time I called to the time I was back on the road was less than ten minutes. I couldn't have had a better experience. I would definitely recommend Barcena, and I'm saving their number in case I need help again in the future.

My Car broke down. I called few places everyone is busy and over price I was very Lucky! Barcena Towing They answer there phone and customer service was very friendly!The best towing In West Covina! My boy Ricky came through tonight my key was stuck in the ignition! He went through all the steps from jumping the battery to messing with the steering wheel to get it out. He was ready to get another set of wheels to tow my truck since it was stuck in park luckily we didn't have too because the key came out with some jerking around good looking out Ricky

We used Barcena towing to transport an expensive classic car. Ricky was very professional, careful, knowledgeable, strong, and went above and beyond what's expected from a tow truck driver. He loaded the car (which is very low to the ground) very gently without scratching the bottom at all. I didn't even think that was possible. He single handedly pushed the car up a steep driveway into a one car garage (which was a tight squeeze). And he did it all with a smile on his face. He's pleasant and easy to do business with. I would defiantly use Barcena Tow & Transport again and highly recommended them in the future. Especially if you have difficult or precious vehicles to transport. Highly recommended! There is no one better!

Amazing service all around. We needed towing from the auto dealer to our mechanic and we were not able to be at either locations. Barcena Towing was honest and competent to get the car from the dealer and to the location we needed it at, without problem...no drama like we were getting from other tows, less expensive than EVERY other tow company in the San Gabriel Valley, and they did a nice job with the car. This is your place to go to for car woes!

I was in a real pickle when AAA refused to honor my membership and tow my vehicle home. I called a few other tow companies, most were closed on a Monday night and the rest were super expensive. I called Barcena Towing, got a VERY reasonable rate and EXCELLENT customer service, from Arlene in the office to Ricky, the tow truck driver. Got my baby home safe & sound! :) I will definitely use them again and tell my family and friends about them.

The tow truck driver called on a AAA pick up, accidentally ran into our light post in our front yard, and knocked it clean off. They promised repeatedly to repair it. After sending a pair of handy-men out to our house, they began the repair, and then abandoned the project all together. We now have a big hole in our front yard and a light that has been disconnected and destroyed. Now, the company will not even return our phone calls. Our light still lies on the ground, while we wait for them to live up to their word. Do not trust this company!

I can't say enough nice words about our experience Saturday with Barcena Towing who was the company responding to our AAA call. Our 19 year olds' car is a difficult one to tow. Ricky treated the car with such care in loading and unloading even adding a few pieces of wood under the tires to help ease the car gently to the ground. Ricky was great with talking to our daughter about how some of her modifications to her car were not in the best interest of the car and her safety. I feel like we were very lucky getting Ricky and Barcena Towing.
