“This review is only for the person I spoke to, not a reflection of the bank or customer service overall.I wanted to close my bank account since I felt that there were many restrictions with this bank. I value ease of online banking, and I less restrictions overall.I spoke to a lady on the phone named: Roxanne Sanchez, she was great.I called her only after the general customer service line was full with unusual "high volume." Roxanne was great. I'm still closing my account, but Roxanne did a great job explaining things to me.Unfortunately, I still have to go into the branch to close the account, which in this day and age, it's tedious to have to drive somewhere and wait in line.”
“I'm a new Chase customer, been with Citi forever but I went it to create a debit card for my daughter going in to college Chase is the only one that offers college account and most convenient ATM locations on campus. I had the best customer service. Chris C. at WCo branch helped us create the card and he was very professional and alway one step ahead of use - i almost didn't have to ask any question!”

“The staff is very kind and helpful. I love they were honest that the wait might take a while but it was only 30min and I expected it to be much longer cause they helped like a good 8 people ahead of me! I got the kindest most informational employee, Alejandra set my account so fast and she was so kind enough to help me apply to a credit line which I got approved thankfully. I never felt like I was asking to much questions and all my questions were answered and she even shared tips and advice for me since I just recently became a military wife. I feel so much support from her and if I have any more questions or worries about my account. I know I have a reliable, knowledgeable, and kind person here at this location! I will HIGHLY recommend Alejandra to anyone reading this review! I won’t be going to any other near by location but this one, thank you for the staff’s amazing customer service!”
“This is a great credit union. I have had astounding service during the years. Several days ago, I had the wonderful experience of having two exceptional young employees assist me with my auto loan. I had a wonderful reception from Anna Recendez, whom I later found to be the manager. I inquired about an auto loan formy new vehicle. Anna did the numbers and hooked me up with a great interest rate. However, i did have to return at a later date to sign the paperwork. During that particular visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lidia Marquina. Lidia handled the remaining paperwork and numbers and got me a great interest rate. I signed all the docs and I really felt great about taking my business here.”
“I belong to the Lion's club, but have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 40 years, with my own private accounts. It always makes me feel good, when I can go in to the bank and I know the staff. Yes, they have cut down, on their staff, lets face it, change can be hard on old people like us, but in the end it is all good. Erica is the bank employee that I worked with, when I had to make changes to our accounts. She was helpful, friendly and went straight to business and how she was going to help us. We got it done, thanks to Erica. What a professional. Thank you Erica!”

“I went to Bof A located at Amar Rd. West Covina branch.I was helped by Daniel Rocino and Jose Castro relationship banker.I have problems with my EDD card about to close. I have a very satisfactory experience with my visit.They are both very helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. Daniel is very patient and even took time to fix my problem. He definitely made me feel as a valued client. I highly recommend looking for Daniel if you have banking problems. He's a big asset to Bank of America.”
“I have been frequenting this branch since '08. and as I've seen tellers come and go they all seem to have one thing in common. They actually take the time to learn, and call you by name. “Good people working there and they are helpful. However today there was human poop by the ATM and I think someone step on it as well. I try calling a phone number to there bank to notify them but I was only able to talk to a robot, no direct phone number from a person working there.”
“Jhoel the manager is amazing! There was an unfortunate incident occurring as I was there and he handled is spectacularly. It's nice to know that when the homeless get out of hand, Jhoel is there to curb that situation and protect his clients interest”
“I do not like going inside a bank. I don't know why. But I went inside to make a large transaction a couple of times, and I always got a great service. All the tellers were very responsive and helpful, and not at all intimidating. They made small talks and seemed really care.”

“When we bought our 2nd home they gave us the best deal and service. Now, with my new car I am financing some part of it, so I can purchase the extended warranty. A way of feeling safer by purchasing A Ford vehicle. However, we shopped around several credit unions. We looked at several Credit unions, some credit unions from work, and we also looked at many other credit unions. Nobody was able to beat their APR, of 3.49. Thank you Mr. D. Soleta and Vanessa”
