Went there to finish some family business, there was supposed to be a notary on duty, oh no he's not here till next week. This is the 4th bank we've visited to complete the closure and every time it's something different. We didn't have the right paperwork, THEY didn't have the paperwork we needed. Then the paperwork we got from the branch turned out to be wrong! I don't know if they intentionally hire stupid, or if it's just a byproduct of the working environment here. Either way, this is why I stopped banking with them years ago.

I made an appointment to close my mom's account after she passed away. I specifically told them I needed a notary. I live 5 hours from the closest BofA but I was in town for the holidays so I tried to get it done now. Despite making it clear what I needed done and that I needed a notary I was unable to complete the task (again) because they didn't have the notary. It was a total waste of my time. I drove over 30 minutes to get to this branch, my dad rearranged his schedule to watch my son, and I changed around other plans because I was specifically told I would be able to finally take care of this business after BofA messing up multiple other times in trying to handle my mom's estate. Once again, this is untrue and I was inconvenienced due to their utter incompetence. Also, despite having an appointment with a banker I was made to sit on the couches in the middle of lobby while they grabbed papers from me instead of at a desk with a banker. That is highly unprofessional.

I'd give it a 0 if I could. The bank manager was rude, the tellers won't help, and they won't cash a check from that branch because of incompetence. I've heard a lot of people complain about this bank, and now I know why!

This bank is NOT safe! They either need security round the clock or need patrolling on a ongoing basis. I've been here twice and let me say never again alone. DURING DAYLIGHT. One homeless person threw a top glass bottle at me and missed me by hitting my car and damaging it. Called the police and they never came.

Went to this branch to withdraw cash for travel. Asked teller for new bills and right off the bat he said they don't have new bills. So I asked what kind of bank is this, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Where else am I suppose to get cash if my own bank cannot provide it for me?! Very poor customer service.

Came to do wire transfer and was surprised place was newly remodeled and fresh. Great service. Business advisor Cintia Mojica was great and very helpful, quick and fast thank you!

Worse bank ever. Merylinch guy is very rude, bossy and cocky. Tried to force me to do give him my SS, stay away from this bank specially from this guy.

This place sucks so much. Will tell you to wait it will only be 10 minutes ended up being way too long and I was being patient. Maybe they should get more people to work at this branch. Came here twice to just waste my time again. Horrible. And there's this lady that talks to the costumers for ever about things not related to bank. So annoyed! No wonder they have no stars this bank is horrible lol

As far as the people who work I have no issues with the the employees but I do think people should know that they hold the right ro close your account at any time with no given knowledge or reason as to why.I was left stranded out of state at a gas station due to the shutting down/canceling my account they will not disclose any information ro me only that they will send a check of the amount that was in the account, 1 month later nothing has been received ,reason is they are looking into a claim bofa has no 24hr service and they were not helpful at all in giving me any information as to why they closed my account with them.bank of America is a horrible company for that reason.anyone banking with bofa should know they hold the right ro cancel your account at any time with no notice or information as to why.over a month later after the fact I have not received my check and they will not give me a date either.if you feel comfortable with giving a company the ability to close your account and seize your money at any given time of there choosing,with no explanation.bank of America the actions you took put me personally in a horrible and possible life changing situation, weaker people in a worse situation im sure have lost more or even taken their own life.that decision to close my account almost created a homeless man and some would kill themselves,from the bottom of my heart I wish no one have to go through that kind of situation.bofa that is a horrible line of action to take

More then 15 people in line and only 2 tellers... but 7 bankers at desks... this location definitely only cares about opening up new accounts and selling mortgages. More then 30 min wait to get cash out. Manager should be scolded for there lack of scheduling skills.

This Branch is the most unprofessional BoA I have ever been too. There’s 5 workers in their desks and only one teller. The branch manager quick’ed every customer out because there was only one teller. Bank of America keeps getting worse every time…

NEED MOEE TELLERS!! Was stopping by this branch and was told I had to wait 15min before a teller could assist me due to them being on lunch break. Unacceptable. Hire more tellers for better customer service.

Horrible service long lines manager says you cannot touch money. To help out the long wait time! 2clerks over 40 minutes wait .
