I came from the Baldwin Park location (Ramona) to buy an optima car battery, the young lady behind the counter was very helpful and courteous towards me(including letting me use their tools so I can replace the dang battery, it wasn't an easy job and I've must've walked in and out a handful of times asking ?? and requesting another tool.) She was helpful every time. I appreciate the good service and Thank You.

First of all, in the store 53 69, the manager, whose name is Alisa, shouldn't be there, very rude and with bad service, she doesn't deal with people. I asked her to please help me with a product to clean the glass of my car and it was very despotic to me, people like that should not be there...

Stellar service, got my battery replaced here. For being short staffed as they are they make sure you are well taken care of, you won't get the feeling of being rushed. Props to the team working here.

The employees go above and beyond. There was a small issue with changing my car battery. They were able to correct the matter and followed through with it. Excellent customer service. 5 + stars for the employee that took charge.

I went in to get the battery on my son's car tested. The lady that came out to test it said she could tell from the smell of the car that the battery was going to test bad. And, sure enough, it tested bad. So I went in and bought a new battery to take home to replace but she then asked if I would like to have them install it for me. Battery installations are very easy but I took her up on the offer to save me the time of doing it. Five minutes later I was driving home with a new battery installed. Great service! Thank you.
