I normally do not like writing reviews, but I really want to say this. I was a student here a few years ago and I stayed for about 2 or so years. The piano teacher there, Mindy, was very rude and disrespectful. Every class I went to she would yell at me and get mad at me. There were also times where I was confused at what lines she was talking/teaching me about, and she would then call me an idiot. Not only that, she is also not a very good teacher. There were times when I did not know how to play a part and she would try to show me how to play it, but she'd mess up a lot. She also tried to write out the finger numbers for me for the sheet musics, and they were more complicated than it shoud've been. Then, when we were learning sight reading, I would mess up and she would get mad at me and start yelling at me. Lastly, on the aural skills part of the abrsm test, she would say that I was slightly tone deaf. I know that my singing is not good, but it was very rude for her to have said that to me. Honestly, I don't think you spend your money here.

Saw Aurora on a friend's Facebook post and decided to check them out. Went to their location and met with Mindy. She was very nice and offer both kids (age 8 and 6) with a free 30-minute trial session for drums and a free 30 minutes trial session for ukulele, so the kids can decide which instrument they want to learn. At the end, both kids decided to go with drums. They started in June 2019 and are loving it. Highly recommend this place for kids to learn music instruments. Zac, the drums instructor, is very patient.

I have been taking piano lessons at Aurora Entertainment for a year. At first,I was really embarrassed to find a place to learn piano because I am an adult student. After my friend recommended me to go to Aurora, now I am very confident to learn here and enjoy my lessons now. The teacher knows what I want and is very patient and professional. I highly recommend the Aurora Entertainment!!

My son went to Aurora Entertainment for 2 years. The teachers in Aurora are so professional. One of the drum teacher has been in the celebrities musician team. He is very patient and detail oriented. My son enjoys the class in Aurora. Aurora Entertainment also prepare students well to be good musician. My son is in symphony orchestra and Marching band. Aurora helps him to gear up his skills to perform well in the performances. I am so glad and thankful for the teachers in Aurora Entertainment.

Went there asking about info of their classes. Rude front desk, bad attitude which make you feel not welcomed. Impatient, seems like they've already have enough students, doesn't bother if you come or not. If I were you, I wouldn't take my kids here. STAY AWAY!! Update: Look yelpers, the owner (front desk) come with her attitude again in her reply. An owner that is afraid of their customers to write down what they've experienced; furthermore, stated "fake comments" in their negative reviews. Why do people spend their precious on faking out a review?? Interesting thought lol. After I've posted this review, she refuse to serve me?? She really think that I'm coming back after a bad experience?? LMFAO. Reply to the owner: We walk in only try to ask for informations of your classes. That's all. Do you understand what does "Walk In" means? This regards to those people who walk in try to start their first lesson here. If I'm just passing by here to ask you about info about your classes, this does not relate to "walk in" in any ways. What day did I come, doesn't matter, all that matters is your attitude. If I'm not the only one who pointed out that you have a bad temper, then you really need to change it to win more customers, not by constantly sending me messages trying to scare me with your attitude!!

Much appreciated with the efforts and hard works given by the teachers, they are on tasks and professional. My son has been taking piano classes for almost two months in this school, always feel encouraging and love the positive and energetic environment here. We would love to keep taking lessons here also the front desk is very polite and respectful towards families. Easy to register over the phone or making payments.

My daughter has learned piano in this school about 6 months and the teacher is soooo great. My daughter is very happy to learn and getting better and better each week with practice. The teachers are well-skilled in music and very patient to guide the students. I like their teachers. They are very responsible and their service attitude is really good. The most important is my daughter learns music happily and spontaneously. This music school also has many different courses. I am thinking of taking Ukulele class in the near future. ^_^

This is a great music school in town. My twins have taught over a year by Mindy who is very nice and professional a piano teacher. They both really like to go and learn in this place every week. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!

Facinated by the experiences being a student in this school. I came here for piano classes with Mindy, she is both strict and patient, also experienced. She will make recommendations and suggestions for me to do certain things for the best interests of mines! Also, very humble and helpful toward students and parents. Highly recommended!

The lady sitting at the front desk is as rude as can be. She was on the phone, i get it, but she made every effort to ignore us, never acknowledged us, and finally after 5 min., she lifted her eyes: are you have any question? no greeting, no nothing. It really deserves 0 star.

My son just turned 4 and I can't wait to take him for a trial class. Zac is very patient and we decide to take drum class.
