I'm a very honest and sincere woman, so I'm going to be transparent. I bought a tire recently thinking I needed a new tire. A friend of mine looked at my tire and said it just needs a patch, and American Tires are trying to rip you off... I just needed a patch. 100% got my money back and got my tire fixed in less than 10 minutes! They sell great tires, but unfortunately, they are disingenuous and unethical. Ladies and gentlemen, be careful! And if you think you need a simple patch, go to Israel Alvarez on Valley Blvd. #AMERICANTIRES #FRAUDULENT

I cannot speak highly enough of America's Tire in West Covina! This location truly came through for me in a pinch. When I discovered a nail in my tire, I was worried about the cost and inconvenience. However, America's Tire not only swiftly repaired my tire but did so with a smile and no charge at all! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, with staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. I am incredibly grateful for the prompt assistance and generosity I received. Customer Service ok but policy they uphold me for lifetime on a brand new set of tires and goy them b&r once lifetime means once here find a different location and they might honor the LIFETIME more then once

The people who helped me out were very nice. But when we arrived our car was still on and running for nearly 30 minutes. Please check and make sure your car is off and locked when you arrive. Imagine we couldn't pick up the car and the car was running for a whole weekend! We would come here again since they were helpful throughout the process but this one mistake left a sour taste.

This is a garbage repair shop. I bought insurance, but they didn't, saying it was my problem.This place is really not recommended, cheat people. You didn't tell me when you insured it.

Great service, I can bring my car in anytime for a tire pressure check. Only negative is there is no indoor sitting/waiting area which can be uncomfortable if it's particularly hot or cold, they DO have a tent, sun protection in place but it can still be uncomfortable.

My guy Brian at the front desk man .. super helpful. I don’t know anything about tires and he explained each one and the difference between the brands. Super quick service too.. I left with 4 new tires in a matter of 35min. Definitely recommend this location.

Nice surprise with their crisp response and easy exchanges, I received for repairing the nail stuck in my tire, both from the front desk and the mechanics. Thank lord, that no one tried to exaggerate the wear and tear on my tire or wiper, or peddled anything unnecessarily.

The manager Brian was so friendly, professional, and helpful. We went to the Glendora location and Tristen was not helpful which is why we ended up at this location. We called and explained to Brian about our horrible experience and asked if he could help. He said absolutely so we headed over and we got out of the location within an hour with four new tires at a great price. Gabe and Brian are awesome. They will get you great, efficient, and professional experience. Ten out of ten totally recommend this location.
