Be careful using their travel agent Linda. She rushes at times. Make sure you get options on the vehicle you want because it is impossible for you to upgrade without AAA getting involved. Also make sure the dates on your trip are correct. Worst experience using a travel agent! Then manager Tenia defends the mistakes of her employee and downplays everything. Overall, did a great job of putting a damper on our 20 year anniversary!

So sad, disheartened and just utterly dissatisfied and disappointed . JORDAN TAVELA an insurance agent at this location painted us a perfect picture he talks so fast and tells you "not to worry about paper" of course being a 9 year AAA customer you trust them.... My dad is disabled I am pregnant and turns out one of our cars wasn't insured when my fathers bumper came off and he had to pay out of pocket SECOND I am pregnant and got into a car reck and that car wasn't insured under my name . A total disaster. I have lots of family and friends with AAA will advise them to be super careful and stay away if possible I just don't want anyone to go through this .

I'm a new customer and the lady that was helping me was really rude. She treated me as I was dumb. She just had attitude the whole time while helping me. The African American lady that helped me first was amazing, she actually cared and was really helpful. The really rude worker sits in front of the 7th painting on the wall. You guys should really work on your customer service. 2/10

They open on Saturdays yay!!!! I came for to get my International License so I can do the Mario Kart tour in Japan. I only had to wait like 15 mins and then it was super fast when it was my turn. they take some passport type photos, ask you to fill out some paperwork, and they stamp your pass. It took about 20 mins to finish and it cost about 25.00 or so total. Def recommend doing the Kart tour if you are going to Japan, it was so much fun.

Don’t book your trip with AAA. They are very unprofessional and don’t know how to give you what you ask for in your vacation. We payed them good money and asked for a personal driver to wait for us holding a sign with our names at the airport when we got to Hawaii. We were very specific with the advisor Amanda of what we wanted. We didn’t get none of that. Not even the flower necklace that we told Amanda the AAA travel advisor we wanted. They do not train their travel employees at all they just hire anybody with zero experience. Save yourself the time and money and plan your vacation elsewhere. So that way you have an unforgettable vacation.

Awful experience with AAA! Driver showed up and I guess getting my RV out was too much work for him so he refused and left. He said if they have to use a winch to pull it out it's not covered by AAA. Then AAA sent the same company back and same excuses. I called AAA for a third time and they said they tried 2 times(with the same horrible tow service, foothill towing) and they cannot help me and now I'm stuck figuring it out on my own???

Roadside Emergency Service couldn't be more unreliable. After tow truck failed to arrive at estimated times I had to cancel towing my car until the next day because tire store closed. The next day tow truck failed to arrive on time after several arrival time estimates and the tire store closed again so I had to cancel. This time I was able to find a store that was open later. Again there was 3 arrival time failuresBut this time, after being 1 hr 30 minutes late I was finally towed. I ended up having to pay more than twice as much for replacement tire, on a very old car that I am selling, because all used tire stores were closed.

The insurance agent George Garcia was rushing my interaction with him seemed not focused on the task as hand. He game me false information on the amounts due & what was going on with my policy. Months later my totals aren't adding up and I'm enrolled in autopay even though I told him not to.

Be sure to quadruple check your international driver permit here, or really anything else that you've done here. I went here for an IDP and I thought everything was great when I walked out with my new booklet, but boy was I wrong.Since it was my first time applying for an IDP, I had no idea what to look for. The lady who helped me taped my photo to the booklet, stamped a few things and handed it to me with no information as to what the permit entails. She never asked what I would be driving or where I would be traveling to. Why should these questions have been relevant then? Well, when I got to Sapporo in Japan today to go and receive my car reservation at the airport, the rental associate told me that my IDP was invalid because the stamp was in THE WRONG CATEGORY.This lady stamped the category box which allowed me to rent motorcycles but not four-wheeled vehicles. I have a Class C license in the US which is for operating four-wheeled motor vehicles. I've never had a motorcycle license in my life. So why does this lady think that by me giving her my Class C license, I was going to rent a motorcycle? In Tokyo, we had to lug our baggage and snowboard equipment from our hotel to the airport. Each of us were hauling approximately 40-50 lbs. From walking the city streets, taking the public bus then train, reaching the airport with our flight delayed, sitting on the runway for another hour, to finally landing in Sapporo - it was about six hours of travel time. You can imagine my utter frustration when after all that, we were denied our car rental which was an essential part of reaching our final destination in Niseko.Even the car rental associate felt so bad for us. He came up to us in the lobby and spent an hour out of his time trying to figure out solutions with us through Google Translate and calling multiple car hire services trying to get us to Niseko. He knew the booklet was filled out incorrectly. He knew my license is for four-wheeled vehicles. But the stamp was in the wrong box and his hands were tied - there was nothing he could do to get us a car rental. There were no buses available and taxis wanted $500 for the journey - what the car rental would have cost us for the week.Fortunately, we ended up taking the JR to local lines which got us to Niseko affordably, but what should have been a final two hour trip ended up taking us four hours, making the total travel time for the day to 12 hours. Plus, we'll have to make the journey back to Sapporo the same way we came. What's worse is that we have an additional car reservation booked in the coming week which I will have to cancel. I will also have to cancel some of our hotel reservations which can only be reached by car. I will have to rework our entire itinerary to accommodate for this lack of oversight by the AAA of West Covina. But what sucks the most is that I will have to miss all the things that I've been wanting to see for years now because I don't have a car to reach those locations. And if you're already out of the country and need a new IDP, good luck but you're pretty much SOL. 5-10 weeks processing time through snail mail and an additional two weeks of getting your IDP in the international mail. Most people only vacation one to three weeks at a time.Maybe I should have checked the fine print of the permit prior to my departure. Maybe I should have asked more questions. However, I thought AAA was a reliable company and I was being taken care of by trusted professionals who knew what they were doing. Instead, I was served with incompetence and negligence in the process, just so they could get people in and out quicker. Who knows how many people they've screwed over because they just wanted to rush the paperwork. What kind of quality of service is that from an organization trusted by millions and the US government? If you're a AAA member and you've done business here, you should really consider going over your prior paperwork. And if you're ever in Sapporo, you should definitely rent from Toyota Suzuran in
