Nice to have gas and a full blown 7/11 in one spot. Conveniently located in a busy shopping center and right off the freeway. One of the cleaner 7/11s I’ve been to.

Garbage customer service! Went in looking for a beer, made a comment about not seeing them and the cashier didn't say anything. As I was about to walk out he starts power walking to the front acting like I was going to steal some thing. Now that I have direct eye contact I actually ask "do you have any beer" to which he replies, "you just looked around did you see any?". Wasn't rude to him, didn't demand the beer, just walked in. Now I had my wife and kid in the car and I wasn't about to make a scene but 7-11 you can't seriously make the case that this guy should be working customer service. I have NEVER been to a 7-11 where the employee has been unnecessarily rude like this guy. Night shift on 9.12.23 at about 915pm. Stay away from this one folks, there's a liquor store around the corner with everything 7-11 has and more, spend your hard earned cash there so they can eliminate this jerks position

Really poor service they don’t care for customer service at all Use to stop by in the mornings today had to stop in the night and just had the worst experience in a long time at this 7-eleven seem like the owners don’t care about their customers because I see a lot bad reviews and I now know whyGuy was very rude and he wouldn’t even gime his name Anyway

Really cool 7Eleven, out of all the basic 11z I’ve been too this spot has some really good stuff I haven’t seen at other places like strawberry, peach, or grape sour patches; Liquid Death drinks or fruit loop (hand snacks), turtle truffles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch pop corn…. ?

No bathroom. Should require all gas stations to offer restrooms. Will not get gas here again.

I only come here for the 100 octane gas. Particularly when the gas prices shot up because they were within spitting distance of the 9.99 price of the 100 octane. I haven't ever walked inside of the store so I can't comment on that. I do like that usually I can use Google Pay to make the payment. I come get gas and then get going.

Had a flat tire, went inside and asked the cashier to turn on the air. Usually cashiers would turn it on as a courtesy, however these two cashiers said I need to buy gas then I can get free air as it’s “CA law..you can look it up”. Yeah ok fine whatever. Their store, their rules however they were very rude.

its located down da hill from me so i come in convenience ~ staff is cordial but they seem 2 operate in slow-molatest experiences happened this past week when i dropped by tuesday & friday in hopes of acquiring my near $1B jackpot lotto tix1 cashier was helpin customer in front of us but took a long time, as he chatted away w her, while 2nd cashier was just standin next 2 him; there were a few customers inside & da line got longer so FINALLY that 2nd cashier took a step 2 his register so we can get this line goin ~ it felt more like a grocery store wait time than a convenience store

Went to get gas, based on a falsely reported price, that I personally saw the manager put into the gas buddy app. I'd I could provide 0 stars for this business, I would. Business should obviously not practice lying as a norm. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Horrible gas station/convenience store with horrible staff. That smart a** black guy who thinks he knows the CVC Needs a lesson in customer service. The way he thinks he know the law probably couldn't make the cut with the CHP. Station better served with better staff. No wonder there is a help wanted singing on the window. Save your money and patron another establishment
