Propel Fuel Pump is located at the Chevron Station. This station is well lit at night and clean. It's also near the 110fwy on ramp.

I won $22 on the lottery with my ticket from here. I went in to claim my prize and the lady said, "that is the highest anyone has won here." Oh, well you don't have to tell me twice. That means you're overdue and my next win will be a big one! At least that's the hope. Ah, who am I kidding? Keeping going to work and plugging away for pennies. Nice gas station right on the corner with easy access in and out. They also provide all those cool fuels people seek like E85 flex-fuel and B20 biodiesel. The footprint is wide and clean with a lot of pumps.

Propel has a fuel called HPR. It's great. My car loves it. It's made from 98% renewable content, while B20 biodiesel is 20% renewable and 80% petroleum. I have a 2005 Mercedes E320 diesel, and I try not to use regular diesel at all. The price is usually cheaper, too.
