I avoid this branch at all costs, because of one employee's refusal to acknowledge its lack of hygiene affects others. So , if you see a white female with a 12 year old boys body, 20 something, with brown , poodle-looking hair, big glasses... Cover your nose or find another teller. Trust me you will thank me. And all of your nose hairs remaining intact will thank me too.

I went to this Chase Bank because they have the drive-through service.It was late at night & I didn't have to go inside of the bank.It was very convenient to usethe drive-thru services.

Well! If you visited the Chase Bank on Sepulveda and Vermont, my experience was terrible...There are few tellers working inside, oh ! And the ATM, I think is better talk to it ! Ha! Than talk to someone aroundThere's not enough personal to give you attention as you would like ! Their attitude is rude and unprofessional ...I suggest use your App on your cell phone, is 100% secure ...I didn't take any pictures of this place, maybe ? I'll post other day...In addition, not all Chase banks are bad. My experience visiting 1001 S pacific in San Pedro was better, personal is nice...

If I could, I would give it zero stars. The person who was serving customers yesterday wanted to open an account and with the question he asked me if he was a citizen or resident of America, which I did not think and he did not want to help me, he does not care if I am illegal or legal that is discrimination

ATMs are very very old my checks. Keep getting stuck they make everything so difficult there too long for everything horrible

Went into open up a checking account. Apparently you need a appointment. But they don’t have anything open for a whole week. Several of the workers were just standing around not sure why they couldn’t just help me open up a simple checking account. They’re lazy and unfriendly just go to the chase down the street don’t waste your time with this one

Customer service- - negative rating. We stop the Harbor City branch on Saturday, not one person available to ask a question, inquire about an new account. I kindly asked for the manager twice, I was told she was busy. We will PASS on Chase Bank.

Walked in to make a simple update to my account. 3 guys over the desk were available, yet all refused to service because it was 35 min before the closure. Bank of America helped with the exact same request in 10min. Chase - shame on you. Poor customer service with lazy boys.
