Before starting my review, I would like to express my gratitude to Brisa and Omar. They were extremely helpful and friendly. My special thanks goes to Brisa because she went above and beyond every possible way to solve my problem. Her manager also helped her over the phone (I didn't ask his name. It was 12/4/2023 at around 4-5 p.m., though). Thanks to him as well.I went to this AT&T store to get information about home internet. Guess what? Not only did I get my internet, but also Brisa solved the problem of my wife and I regardings our lines (wireless). Below is the story:My wife and I have had AT&T prepaid lines for more than 5 years. We wanted to transfer our lines to postpaid without changing our numbers , but I couldn't find a solution for that. I asked this issue from a few stores, and the answers were negative. I also did extensive research over the internet, but most of the comments and reviews said it's not possible. So, I was thinking of shifting from AT&T to T-Mobile soon.Brisa literally spent more than 1 hour and called her Manger and other AT&T centers, and eventually made it work. Omar also helped Brisa along the way. Brisa and Omar did all the work in a friendly attitude.Once our postpaid lines issues were fixed, we got our new home internet with $30 discount by connecting all accounts together.If anyone has a problem with transferring from prepaid to postpaid, I recommend meeting Brisa and Omar.Hey AT&T, my wife and I wanted to cancel our lines with you and get T-Mobile, but Brisa and Omar saved us from leaving AT&T. Thus, these two nice people deserve some sort of appreciation, in my opinion.Thank you again, Brisa and Omar. You are my AT&T must to go store from now on.

I was informed I didn't qualify for service. 6 months later, I'm receiving a collection notice saying I owe for an account from AT&T. ?? Dispute in action.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming , they helped me out with everything. Also thanks to Karla I was able to get my fist rsponder discount as a nurse. Overall great experience

Coming frustrated from the AT&T in Wilmington, I came to this AT&T instead and NEVIN changed my whole attitude. He was EXTREMELY helpful and to top it off he was super funny. I recommend asking for him if you want the best customer service, THANK U

Edit: I placed my order online with no issues. I will not be visiting this location, and if you can help it, I advise you do the same. Thank you to the owner for responding, I hope things improve I used to do all my upgrades in this store.Over the phone, the young woman was very curt and making it seem like I was calling on her personal time. Every other review seems to say they are great in person. I guess over the phone questions are lower in priority. I will order my 14 pro max online and bypass the middle man altogether.Been an AT&T customer for 14 years. Sad that in-person help has become an inconvenience to the workers.For clarification, all I asked was can I use my available upgrade at the store. All she said was “no.” Nothing else. She had not asked for any account credentials, so when I asked what my options are she said “you gotta do it online”. So I said thank you and she hung up. Not the 5 star treatment I was expecting from all the other reviews.

Walked in to see new iPhones and change my plan and was greeted by two very professional gentlemen that answered all my questions with honesty and detail. They made everything so easy and ended up changing my old carrier to att.
