Handicap women's bathroom out of order. Very difficult to navigate. Not very clean either.

Nice stop for gas, snacks, and drinks. They have a long aisle of sweet snacks and many rows of alcoholic drink.Restrooms are free and clean.

Not bad to get into and back on the freeway. The vagrant fellow that approached our vehicle came on very strong asking for spare change and/or gas. When I made mention to the clerk, who I imagined might have known this person, I was met with a poor reply to the effect of "pump your gas and leave". She did not say that but I felt like she really did not care. I know I-5 can be a rough place to travel since the transient population migrates between California and the Pacific Northwest. This guy was scary. Be aware

Very loud acid rock playing while trying to find snacks. Restroom has urine on seats. Was going to shop, but left.

They don't really care about keeping the restrooms stocked. And that's in the age of Covid. And there is no reason for it. Not like it's busy or anything.

Courteous and helpful employees that know a customer's needs aren't interrupting their work, the customer is their work.I don't usually buy gas there, I prefer to pay less for gasoline. I have spoken to many drivers who swear the extra money is worth the improved performance in their vehicles.A definite 5 stars for a State of Jefferson attitude.
